Beautiful new spa, health clinic and fitness center - Day to week passes to all our facilities - gym, indoor exercise pool, racquet ball, infrared saunas, steam, Jacuzzi and relaxation areas. Treatment packages or the one off treatment from relaxing massages to acupuncture from nutritional advice to deep tissue massage, we a full menu to choose from. The team at The Haven is International from England, Australia and Panama. The Haven is full of options get fit, get healthy, or get relaxed. Languages spoken English, Spanish, Italian and less German and rates are extremely reasonable.

After suffering through four surgeries and three potentially fatal infections as the result of a shattered foot, my husband was despondent about his chances for recovery until he consulted with The Haven. who obviously follow high British standards quite pricy
same as the hotel but you get what you pay for quality

On my recent stay in Boquete I visited the gym and racketball court in The Haven every day for two weeks. In that period of time I don't ever think I've seem a locker/changing room and gym kept so immaculately clean. The entire place was spotless, sparking, and fresh looking. This is a very nice spa and it feels expensive even though it isn't overly pricey. The massage was excellent and the access to the other facilities extensive.

They even have a Swedish osteopath for muscle & nerve pain. Owners are a hands on UK couple who have vast spa & nutritional experience. Therefore haven has well trained & courteous personnel .
