Would really recommend to go there. It was the best of our activities in Oman. You start by taking a boat that goes every other minute. Then you walk for about 45 min. There is a little rock-climbing. The pools in the end are amazing.

We went here as a day trip from El Sifah. We had an amazing day. The trip there is already beautiful and the wadi itself is amazing. Our 1 year old daughter also had a great time playing in the water with the stones.

Not the faint hearted and make sure you can swim!! This was a thrilling experience - both hiking up the riverbed and swimming in the various pools along the way. Wish I had beach shoes as the rocks between the rock pools were a killer on the feet. Also if you have a waterproof camera, you can capture the waterfall... More

This unique Wadi is worth wisiting, if you have enough patient to walk through rocky ground and wet your shues. There are very slippery places every now and then, so be careful and wear really good shues that are still steady when wet. It takes about 30-45 min to walk - and swim until the end, but it is definitely... More

Visually, it is absolutely beautiful - reminded me of the 7 pools in Maui on the Road to Hana. The water was incredible and soothing. Fresh water - so no salt to help you float. If you decide to go to the cave make sure you are a good swimmer ... if not, bring a flotation device... again fresh water...... More

Good swimming holes, although it is a long hot walk of at least 45 minutes, so take plenty of water. The waterfall at the end was spectacular with some great cliff jumps

At 38°C, it was by no means an easy hike. The scenery and views, however, made it worth the effort. And to top it all off (literally), the reward when reaching the top couldn't be greater. What waits after a final 150m swim is simply awe-inspiring.

Been there twice and would love to go again- great workout and beautiful places. Advice - get shoes for diving to walk as you will have to pass many stones and wet places, as well as swim to get to the cave. Get drinking water and snacks - walk and swimming will make you tired and hungry. And have fun!... More
