We had fun on the quads here on a 2 hour group tour. Only thing i didnt like is the helmets were very old and there were none for small heads. I was offered a "kids helmet" which was a hockey helmet. I took an oversized well used motocross helmet instead. Guide was excellent and they even picked us up... More

As on the title. I took the 3 hours ride and 1 hr sandboard. As I didn't know how to ride manual I took automatic but maybe I demanded too much of it and it just refused to work after 2.5 hrs so I had to ride back to the central on my guide's backseat. Sandboarding was exciting but it... More

wether by private 4X4, by quad or with a driver/guide (much reccomended) the tour is a good 4 hour drive up and down the sand dunes with astonishing scenery, incredible driving experiences and a good mid afternoon break for sandwiches and drinks. It's a little "tourist" but the experience is worth the itch: the deep blue of the sky, the... More

We booked the quad biking and sand boarding combo. They were very flexible about the time, since it was not high season yet. We were picked up at our accommodation on time, and then just the two of us went off into the dunes with our guide. He gently introduced us to quad biking and then took us further and... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hour tour of the dessert which was a quad-biking and sand-boarding combo. The tour guide's knowledge of the dessert was excellent, he kept stopping to point out interesting plants and creatures. It was a great experience.

I like quad bikes and to be quad biking in the desert was great for me. The bikes seemed well maintained and easy to ride. Some times we went a little bit faster but it was more about the view which I loved. Friendly guides who didn't bother with me drifting were I could.

We did the quad bike and sandboard combo. We were a family with two adults and three children, 7, 11 and 14. We asked a reception if our 7year old will be able to drive on his own quad and they tested him. This was brilliant. He passed and he never struggled through out the drive. You drive for about... I was really excited going into this quad biking trip with Desert Explorers. Unfortunately my experience with the company was derailed by the abysmal guide. I was traveling with my partner who unfortunately missed the briefing in the beginning of the trip. When I tried to take the time to explain to him what he had missed our guide accosted... More
