A highlight of our 4 days in Essaouira was a morning cookery school at l'Atelier Madada. The place is purpose built and well equipped. Our family spent a wonderful holiday in Morocco. A highlight was definitely the great and fun cooking class at l'Atelier Madada. On a pure whim, we signed up for a cooking class; we're we glad we did! Hosts Mouna and Nour-eddine make this a memorable experience. This is a “Must Experience” both for the novice and experienced cook. more

This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Morocco. The venue was outstanding, that chefs extremely knowledgable, and the food delicious! I would definitely recommend this, especially for Moroccon food lovers. more

Mouna and Nour-eddine make this a fantastic experience. Their uber friendly approach in teaching us how to make classic Moroccan dishes made us come back and do another class the very next day! Great way to learn how to cook while getting to eat the sumptuous dishes at prices not too dissimilar from what a normal restaurant meal costs anway.... more
