Never been on quad bike, but that was no problem at all. Our excellent guide Mustafa taught us very well, little by little. By the time we were heading back, we were blazing through the beach! Took us to beautiful beach spots, lead us through massive dunes, told us many tales and stories about the places we visited. Very entertaining... More

My daughter and I visited the ranch 3 times last year. The first time was for a camel ride and stay overnight in a Berber tent which was fabulous. I was feeling a little unwell but still managed to enjoy the camels, and Mustafa as a very informative and interesting guide. We ate a lovely Morocdan dinner and sat by... More

I arranged a one-hour camel ride through my hotel. A very pleasant man picked me up and drove me to Diabat, which is by the beach (about 10 minutes). The ride itself was fine; however, I was very unhappy with my guide. Everything was fine until he stopped the ride in the middle of nowhere, practically, next to some bushes,... More

The people were friendly and cooked wonderful food. The support camels added a great deal of fun and helped carry backpacks and us when we wanted.

As cliche as it probably is, my friends and I really wanted to enjoy a camel ride in Morocco. We didn't have enough time to embark on a full 3-day, 2-night trip to the desert, so we booked a 60-minute tour with Ranch de Diabat at the recommendation of our riad. So glad we did - it was one of... More

As a couple we booked an hour of horse back riding along the beach. The ranch is situated in the south of the city centre. The taxi was only £2 and dropped us right in front of the ranch. Prior to the horse ride we got some instructions from Erica, the wife of the owner. We were also given helmets... More

We chose a six hour dromedary (camel) ride and an overnight stay in a Bedouin tent. Our guide was Mustafa and there was also a cook at the campsite, (who was a local man and who we bumped into a couple of times afterwards in the Medina - we were greeted like family)! The camels were obviously well looked after,... More

We went for a one hour camel ride with Mustafa. Mustafa has a unique relationship with his animals which is both harmonious, patient and loving. For example he doesn't use a stick or words to command his beasts, just hand gestures. The result is a very harmonious journey and a ride that is very smooth, unusual for camels. The camels... More

We found Ranch de Diabat on the internet and one really good review. Booking via e-mail (in English), prepayment, correspondence on adding more people to the activity, late additions to the activity, pick-up/drop-off: everthing worked fine. Later we found out that they have staff fluent in English and German, which is really great. We were a group of 10 who... More

We were very well taken care of for an hour of dromedary riding. Having been picked up at one of the gates to the medina we were taken to the very nice looking ranch on the outskirts of the city. The dromedaries appeared to be in very good shape and the ride along the beach felt very safe and comfortable.... More
