The mosque was okay. My personal interest is more for the architecture and it does not make the list of mosques to make sure you see. The graveyard was interesting but I would only visit if it's part of a larger itinerary to see cultural sites of Kuching.

It's pretty grand mosque although architecturally speaking, not particularly noteworthy. The only thing that made the trip worthwhile was the cemetery and the rather quirky grave headstones.

The mosque with its glided cupolas and magnificent architectural layout is a striking landmark visibly shimmering under the scorching hot sun. I was walking to the bus station near the Electra House building when I saw this unique structure from a distance. The original form of the mosque was a wooden one constructed in 1852. This current shape and structure... More

Excellent architecture and wonderful location on the waterfront. It will probably take you half an hour to visit the mosque.
