The amazing thing about Kota Kinabalu, is that you are just a two hour drive away from an alpine ecosystem. Step back into a beautiful reverie as you immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Kinabalu National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site. If you have been to Poring Spring, please do keep the ticket and you will use this to get a free entrance to Kinabalu park. You should go in the morning as there is free tour guide and able to see free film viewing. More

A short visit after Poring springs and canopy walk. Not the best time of the year for orchid flowers. But saw a few and some pitcher plants. More

We booked a tour with our hotel to spend the day here at Kinabalu National Park. The day trip also included entry to the Pouring Hot Springs. The road is long and winds through the mountains however there are beautiful views of Mt Kinabalu on the way. Our driver stopped at a viewing deck area where you cab take photos.... More

The drive to kk national park is about 1 n half hrs drive. The drive can be tiring n winding however the scenic view of mount kk is worthwhile... Mt kk is trully visible half way up to the national park. There is a stop over half way where there are many shops selling fruits n a handycraft center. There... More

the drive up to Kinabalu Park is a glorious experience with lots of nice charming stops along the way. lots of photography opportunities - especially when the mountain is visible. a must go for nature lovers. More
