The map for this park on TA suggests it is just along from the station when in fact it is about 5 km north of Ipoh. With help from the locals we got a 35 bus which dropped us off just down the road from MacDonald's. To get to the park take the road directly across from it and walk... More

The best part about this place is the boat ride. It's a 3 minute boat ride to get to the island itself, and the trip is lovely. The lake is beautiful and the surrounding scenery is very pleasant too. There isn't much to see at the island itself, it's not maintained very well and there aren't a lot of animals... More

This was my first visit to the mountain. Unfortunately i did not have the enough time to explore the Wonderful nature there. It has an amazing view of the lake and trees around, huge birds were flying so high above. My kids enjoyed the kids playing ground. It is a must when you are in Ipoh.

The first sight that greeted us from the carpark was the man-made waterfalls. It was a beautiful sight. This park is suitable for all ages and this park was serene and picturesque for taking photos. There was a couple who had come there to take a wedding photo shoot. For RM 1, we bought fish feed and fed the fishes... More

Suitable for people of all ages however less so senior citizens (ramps next to stairs but could imagine getting a wheelchair onto the boat being quite a struggle) as a fair amount of walking is involved after the boat ride, very serene and picturesque however the only animals we saw locked up fordisplay were austridges, chickens and pigeons... Can take... More

It was my 4-year old's first time on a boat so was glad for her first time to be in a very controlled environment like a small man-made lake! You can buy fish food at the same counter where you buy the boat tickets (rm1 for a bag of pellets). There are fish on both ends of the boat ride... More

Never would i thought I'd see something this wonderful in Malaysia. Lang Mountain, or "Gunung Lang" in Malay, is a recreation park that is open for all. Upon reaching the car park, you need to pay a ticket fee for a boat ride (about 15 minutes?) to get to the other side. Along the boat ride, you can admire the... More

My two daughters really love this place. The moment they step down from the car, they will rush to the rope climbing play area. The man-made waterfall makes good photograph portrait and gives a cooling feel to the area. This is the favourite spot for wedding photos to Ipoh newlyweds. The lake is nice, boat ride is decent, appropriate for... More
