If you happened to be around Kuantan, please visit this place as it has batik painting (canting) for the kids and adults (if they are interested). Should you feel that the design is not nice you can actually request the owner to make a newly design for your batik painting. Plenty of paintings, t-shirts and souveniers to buy here.

Very affordable workshops to make your own batik souvenirs and even T-shirts for 39rm. Large shop which has a wide range of Batik if you decide not to make your own. The only setback is they are pretty disorganized, so that needed a bit of cleaning up but if you're not in a rush, its worth a shot!

It was my second visit to Natural Batik Village during our last visit to Cherating and Kuantan. My children had done batik painting at Natural Batik Village in our 1st visit, so we decided to pay a visit again for the batik painting. The painting was chargeable based on the size of the painting. They enjoyed their time there. However,... More

This place is only abt 10 minutes driving to Black Stone Beach. As we go on off peak season. We can have 100% DIY time. Starting from drawing our own design. From the introduction to complete our art work. We took about 2.5 hours. Pay Rm40 for 2 pieces of artwork. They will help us to dry our batik n finish... More

The "Village" is not very big. It has a large retail hall selling batik produce. The interesting thing to do is painting your own batik print. Cost RM10 for a design plus RM5 if you want the wax removed. But the removal will take a few hours as they need to treat the cloth to make the colour permanent.

it is really a nice place to just do your batik and also pay and learn kind of format, as there are always tour buses going in, just hop along to see the same tour that they are going to from the wax chanting to the other process.

Nice place to visit since if you around Kuantan – Cherating, there are not so much place to visit. My kids really enjoy their time here. Visitors can buy batik drawing and paint it here. Good experience especially for the kids. There are selling a lots of batik, draw and paint by them. However, not like Terengganu batik which can... More

The gallery is nice and well stocked with all kinds of handmade clothes and other items of batik. Dresses, shirts, T.Shirts, parios, sarongs, pants, handkerchiefs, etc. The staff were friendly, and courteous. We were able to see how the designs are made into the various fabrics. Batik prices are cheaper in this village than in Kuala Lumpur. A place not... More

Great place to get unique one of a kind gifts here. They have batik coin purses, bags, toiletries bags, t shirts, blouses, dresses, shirts, trousers, shorts, ties, sun hats, hair bands, slippers, etc! Prices are reasonable and they do not charge extra if paying with credit cards. Much better quality compared to what I got from Bali which was useless... More

There is a wide range of Batik material, clothes and souvenirs. You can watch as they hand produce screen printing, waxing, dying and curing. You or the kids can also create your own designs at a small charge. There is no coffee shop or restaurant as advertised but there are nearby cafes an local restaurants nearby. Head north on the...
