Went to the Waterpark during school holiday, and boy was the place crowded. It was full of people and very unhygienic. People start to throw rubbish everywhere and i saw one dirty diaper at the sidewalk. The pool turned from blue to murky brown. Totally disgusting. There was no staff assigned to clean the park. All we saw was photographers,... More

Staying here did not make you feel like staying at a resort. The room setup is just like an apartment. The facilities are very basic. The only resort feeling is just the pool but can be very crowded during holidays

I booked a room here, that saves me from all the hassle. A friend who is local has to wait from 9 am till almost 1pm just to come in the water park. If u come during peak season and didn't hv a room herre, expect that. The food is just ok but of course you are not allowed to cook... More

They have a shuttle service between the hotel nearby and the water park. It leaves every 5 minutes. It is very convenient. No need to drive your car and park so far away. The water park is great. The wave pool is nice although it was crowded on the day we went. The lazy river, the water slides and the... More

We visited the safari park - we enjoyed ourselves despite the park appearing to be not quite completed yet. The concept is a great one - you get to ride a tram thru the animal enclosures and were were able to see lions, cheetahs, tigers up close like never before - way better than a zoo. The white lion restaurant... More

Quite entertaining for the kids. The huts are useful esp with babies around. Not many people on the day when we were day because it was raining all day and the water was so cold.....food is ok.

This waterpark is nearby to my hometown. Going to this place twice. The entry fee are much cheaper from other waterpark because it still new. There are still not much game to play, but it is good enough to visit. Anyway, after 3,4 hours u'll start shaking, isn't it. Inside foods are good, but of course it is much expensive... More

Not worth to go. Discusting people swimming with clothes, underwear. Babies with pampers in the pool. Food so greasy the french fries more oil then fries. Staff rude especially the lifeguards.

It should be fun for kids ! It will be nice if there are more trees and shades especially under such hot weather. People who visited this place must have at least 1 day to really explore this place and enjoy the facilities.

We were there for 4 days in a camp. The rooms are average, We had 2 bedrooms, sitting room and small kitchenette. The pool is adequate, there isn't much else to do if you don't enjoy the waterpark. Wifi connection is terrible. Probably more suited to families with young children rather than teens. About half hour's drive to Kuantan town.... More
