Took the Mangrove boat trip with our 2 kids (5 and 7) and we were so lucky to have Shakira as our guide. We learned a lot about the mangrove plants and animals from her - mud skippers, crabs, bats, eagles, and how various plants filter out salt. The night tour at the Andaman with Shakira again, was another enjoyable... More

Mangrove Tour with Our guide Fendi was very informative ... he spotted plenty of birds, monkeys, spiders and other animals and explains everything very good and thoughtful. After the tour we had a very nice Malayan lunch and then we took a little trail through the jungle to take a bath in a stunning natural pool. I would definitely recommend... More

A wonderful secluded and safe area to swim and cool off after a short, simple hike into the jungle. Water was crystal clear and surroundings were clean. Guide Harris took care of us well and answered questions we had regarding the natural surroundings excitingly. Good job, Harris! And great tour, Junglewalla! Will definitely recommend this tour to friends and family.

My wife and I did the Kayak and swim tour with our guide Fendi, whom had an answer both scientific and simplistic to all the questions, animals, and trees that we saw. It was quite an adventurous day, where we bumped into all the wild creatures (some are the pit viper, blinding mangrove trees, golden orb spider) and also enjoyed... More

We did a jungle trek with Sabban whilst staying at The Datai. The trek lasted 2 1/2 hrs and was fascinating throughout. We learned so much about the ecosystem in a short space of time. The path was quite hilly so wear flat shoes! We would highly recommend the trek. We have done various trips with Junglewalla over the years... More

We had a great outing with Fendi. The kayaking through the mangrove was lovely, so quiet. Fendi took the time to explain the mangrove eco-system and was quick to point out the birds, fish and monkeys. After we had a lovely local lunch before heading out to a rockpool for a dip. Well organised, low key but very professional and... More

I had with my 14 year old son two great nature tours with Junglewalla during our holiday in Langkawi. We joined a jungle trekking and Gunung Raya walk. In both adventures we had excellent guide and we got what we were looking for: we saw many animals (two snakes, flying lizard, great hornbills...), got lot of information of plants and... More

On my recent trip to Langkawi, I decided to book the UNESCO Geo Park boat ride through my hotel (The Andaman Resort). Upon arriving at the site, the myself and the others from my resort were separated into a couple of groups (since the boats seat only about 7-9 comfortably). Upon reflection, I know that I was fortunate enough to... More
