We took the geopark mangrove cruise tour. Was picked up at our hotel, the Andaman and taken to the pier where we met our guide, Rizal and our boatman, Captain Wan. It was an informative and enlightening tour and we saw a lot of wildlife. Mud skippers, crabs, kingfishers, snakes, macaques, bats and eagles, both the Brahminy Kiite Eagle as... More

We did the Mangrove tour and the Rainforest After Dark tour, and both were excellent. Rizal, our guide for the mangrove tour was very knowledgeable & showed great concern for the environment, which sets the company apart from competitors. Our guide for the after dark tour was Shakira, who was fantastic. She has excellent knowledge and pointed out manny interesting... More

We did the mangrove tour with our kids. We have been very much impressed by the nature. The tour was guided by professionals and we got real insides by the tour guide. However we have been really shocked how some of the guides are treating there own nature reserve. Feeding the wild animals or speeding in small alleys just to... More

We stayed at Andaman Resort and took the rainforest awakening walk and the afterdark either. Our tour guide was Shakira and I have to say she was really nice and ready on every question we made about animals and nature. Without the tour, we wouldn't know that we had FOUR colugos on the tree in front of our bedroom. Actually,... More

We booked our private tour through the Andaman Hotel, for ourselves and our 11 year old daughter. Our guide was Rizal Rani, a man in his early 20,s who described himself as a relative newcomer to the JungleWalla team. He was an excellent guide - clear and calm, yet very obviously passionate about the ecology of the area. Not only... More

We booked this trip through our hotel. We were picked up at the Andaman hotel and taken to a small fishing jetty. Where we were met by a very polite and well informed young man, Rizal Rani. He was very knowledgable and made the trip to the mangroves very enjoyable. Between Rizal and the boatman they pointed out many wild... More

We booked this trip online specifically because this company DO NOT FEED ANIMALS! We were very impressed with our mangrove tour. We were collected from our hotel, picked up a couple from another hotel and proceeded to a small jetty. We met our guide; a very well spoken friendly young man (I've forgotten the name). He was delightful and full... More

JungleWalla has a website offering several trips to the jungle and mangroves. As it was one of the recommendations on TripAdvisor we were looking for some sportive hike through the jungle and chose the jungle trekking with the “medicine men” that you can book online. We were fetched from our hotel and taken to a parking lot (taxi trip lasting... More

We took the morning and evening walk from the Andaman as well as the mangrove tour and loved each of them. We saw some amazing animals, birds and plants and saw the dedication that JungleWalla have in ensuring that the rainforest and mangroves remain as they are for future generations to enjoy. It was very sad to see other tour... More

We went with Junglewalla on the mangrove tour and were amazed by the natural history of this part of Langkawi. Such a beautiful area, and got so much information and knowledge from our amazing guide Daia. Absolutely recommendable!!!
