We did the kayak tour. It was good fun paddling away in a kayak but the guide didn't really explain a lot about the nature of the mangroves. It was nice to have a lunch at an authentic local place. All in all a nice few hours out but quite overpriced and didn't really live up to the reviews on... More

Me and my wife went on the geopark mangrove tour. You will observe lots of wildlife on this very educational tour. The one thing, which makes junglewalla stand out from its competition is their stand on keeping nature, natural. There were other tours which included "eagle feeding" and this activity alters the behaviors and diet of this magnificent bird, which... More

We booked an escorted nature & wildlife photography tour with Junglewalla prior to reaching Langkawi. They offer many but we settled on this one because of my interest in nature & wildlife photography. What attracted me was their commitment to making sure that their tours do not negatively affect nature and wildlife. We were picked up right on time from... More

The Unesco Mangrove Tour is an excellent opportunity to appreciate the unique mangrove ecosystems, and the variety of life that inhabits them. It begins at Tanjung Ru Jetty and is an excellent experience for people of all ages. We saw many species of animals, including the Small-clawed Otter, the Mangrove Pit-viper, the Collard Kingfisher, the Brahminy Kite, the White-bellied Sea... More

We brought along our kids aged 8 and 12 for kayaking at the mangrove area and it turns out to be an awesome family outing. We had Fendi as our guide and we were impressed with his good command of English and his knowledge about the mangrove forest and wildlife. It was a great educational trip for the kids where... More

Tour guides were great, fantastic trip wild swimming in the rainforest (great for families), fascinating rainforest at night walk and trip to see the mangroves in Kilim Karst Geoforest Park. Really helped us discover the wildlife on Langkawi.

My husband & I were lucky enough to have our guide Fendi all to ourselves on this trip - it appears the afternoon trips are quieter! Fendi was very well informed and dealt with my husband's barrage of questions very well. He provided a fascinating insight into the mangrove forest and its wildlife.

Took the Mangrove boat trip with our 2 kids (5 and 7) and we were so lucky to have Shakira as our guide. We learned a lot about the mangrove plants and animals from her - mud skippers, crabs, bats, eagles, and how various plants filter out salt. The night tour at the Andaman with Shakira again, was another enjoyable... More

Mangrove Tour with Our guide Fendi was very informative ... he spotted plenty of birds, monkeys, spiders and other animals and explains everything very good and thoughtful. After the tour we had a very nice Malayan lunch and then we took a little trail through the jungle to take a bath in a stunning natural pool. I would definitely recommend... More
