The last leg of the island hopping tour we selected brought us to beras basah island, it has clean waters and white sand, you can rent snorkeling gear at the rest stop on the beach. Bring some bread to feed the school of fishes that swim around the jetty area, it will be enjoyable for both kids and adults. But... More

This beach was the last stop on the three island tour (which cost us a grand total of 10 ringgit each), and is incredible. The water's visibility is hard to judge, but that is true for the entirety of Langkawi and this side of Malaysia; as anyone with the internet finds out prior to going. It can be as good... More

It was one of the stops for island hopping trip. Nothing to shout about. The bad thing is, some boats that ferries people to this island stops at the main beach where many people including children are swimming. They do not use the jetty provided. Dangerous. Watch out for monkeys on the beach. They snatch food from people and bags.... More

As part of the Island Hopping day tour, we stopped for a BBQ on the beach and had the best meal ever! Mind the monkeys though, they want to share in the great food!

This stop was part of our island hopping tour and while it was beautiful and clean, beware the cheeky monkeys! I have seen some monkeys steal away someone's clothes. The water is clean and cool, nice to dip into on a hot afternoon, but bring along a sarong or a huge towel so you can use it as a cover... More

Visited this island as part of the island hopping tour. Pristine white beaches and warm waters makes this a nice place to relax away from the crowds. This is an uninhabited island and there are no toilets.

The beach was really like the ones we see in movies.Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. One can walk a long distance in the sea without any life jacket or swimming experience..There are shades on the shore to take rest as well.

Visited the Beras Basah Island as a part of our island hopping tour, last stop after the Dayang Bunting and Singha Besar island. The Beras Basah island is located between Pulau Intan Besar and Pulau Singha Besar. We dropped on the boat pier and walked to the beach. Saw small fishes beneath the pier ,but the water is not clear... More

One of the stops (the last stop) on an Island Hopping Tour in Langkawi. Do not swim here because the beach is very ROCKY. You'll cut yourself in the water because of the rocks. It is nice to hang around the beach and sun bathe but not for swimming. There are no toilets here.
