The Kilim Geoforest park is for me the best attraction in Langkawi. Advice: don't hesitate to go there with a tour, it's a lot less expensive than goind there alone (on a private boat). With a tour, the boat tour last around 4 hours. First you visit a bat cave. Then you can see some snakes, crocodiles and monkeys in... More

Family trip booked via datai hotel. Get a good tour guide. Was nice to see mangroves. Saw lot of monkeys. Saw eagles flying overhead also. Didn't see anything else. Visit to the village where the fish farm was ok. Didn't eat there. Saw group people kayaking - thought that looked like fun.

This is the best part of Langkawi tour. Don't miss it! Almost six hours into mangroves, sea, cave, eagles, monkeys and totally into nature. At a very reasonable cost. Worth it!

If you are from the city, you will be in awe with the picturesque scenery along geoforest river cruise. The monkeys were so close to the boat, there were lots of eagles (unique to Langkawi) flying above.

you can see lots of eagles flying around and as you go along the mangroves you can see many monkeys around the trees. You can even feed them and they come onto the boat. we had the 3hour tour and it was really nice. You visit the bat cave on the way too.

The ride and tour was good. The floating restaurant is hyped up for no reason. If you are going to have your lunch there please be prepared to shell out as the prices are high and the quantity very less and service pathetic.

Fantastic day trip. Meander along the mangroves watch the wildlife in their natural habitat. Walk through limestone caves and much more ...

Absolutely a must to do with Naturalist Irshad Mobarak. He will make you appreciate everything you see, and is against feeding the eagles and macaques. I wished the other organized tours wouldn't feed the wild life in the Park. That was the only negative part of it.

This park is very big and beautiful! We visited it during our mangrove and bat cave tour. We enjoyed it, even though it was raining very hard.

It was absolutely awesome. We took Barron's trip and our guide Pharen was great. Travelled through the mangrove forest by boat, entered caves, knew trees, saw fossil island, had lunch in a floating restaurant with fresh fish, gave foods to monkeys who were actually on our boat, saw Eagles feeding! Great tour! Wanna go again!
