A must visit if you are at Langkawi for its numerous displays of aquatic life, often some rare species that can't be seen elsewhere. The end of the tour leading into a duty-free complex was a pleasant surprise since Langkawi is duty free and you can pick inexpensive liquor for your stay at the island.

Underwater World was a solid aquarium. It doesn't take very long to see everything (<2 hours), but was still worth the visit. The signage can use some imporvment, but they ahve a good collection of sea creatures and a good penguin exhibit.

This place still seems to be under construction in some areas. Also a lot of the displays did not have any information about what you were looking at. It was very pleasant and there are certainly lots of beautiful fish and sea creatures to look at. Touch pool really has nothing in it you can touch not sure if it... More

Well worth the entry and very well presented. The kids loved it, great for a rainy day. Great exhibits and very clean.

The place is really small, very limited aquarium. The aquarium for the fishes and seals is very small and not good for their environment. The place was under construction as well.

Though little bit overpriced in my eyes, it is a good experience, especially for children and youngsters. We appreciated English explanation of what sort of fish or other animals we were observing. You can also cool off a little there inside, while learning about marine life.

Enjoyed our visit, lots to see here, good for the kids to learn a bit about marine life and get out of the heat and rain for a couple of hours.

Well, during a second flight to Langkawi, finally there. Well, it is normal to me. Penguin, tortoise, fishes. Anyway, if you have not been there, maybe you could give it a try. To feel a world which is under water.

This attraction is an under budgeted tourist trap. The names attracts the tourist but what you see inside does not worth your money and time. Just a few birds, fishes and reptiles poorly showcased. A poor experience.
