Kuala Kedah to Langkawi is a short trip so really whats to worry about. The boat we were on was like a fridge but that seems to be the way the Malaysians like it. Langkawi to Penang I was a bit worried the reviews were dire. I really think it has to do with the number of people and the... More

It is a five-minute drive from Kuah Town Centre while Dataran Lang or Eagle Square is a 15-minute walk away. Visitors who travel to Langkawi via boat or ferry will head to this harbour to board or disembark. As Kuah Jetty is the main... More

Travel from-to Kuala Perlis. There are few jetty points you can choose from Penang, Kuala Kedah & Kuala Perlis depending on your distance or preference. Inside the ferry can be very cold depending on the weather & crowd. The departures are on time except for the 7pm which is the last ferry was extended 5-10 minutes. Don't expect too much... More

Starting from December 9, 2014, Langkawi Auto Express became the latest ferry offering for tourists visiting Langkawi. Now, Langkawi Auto Express offers a new service which... More

The immigration process is seriously haphazard, but once you get on the boat it's clean and air-conditioned. Take a book because there's not much else to do on there!

The ferry left on time and is not a bad way to get from A to B, takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes. Down side: We were sitting on the upper deck and the emergency exit to the back of the ship was locked, which we were not happy about. When asked why, all the staff would say is... More

Went there from Perlis. It was RM18 for adult. If you take from penang it is RM60. More worth it if you have many people. Of not take from penang is less time consuming. For more people you can drive to perlis then take from perlis to langkawi. It is 1 hour and 10 mins as compare from penang that... More
