We paid 313 RM/person from Penang it took us 2 h to get there so in total you will waist 5 hours just to travel there. Therefore book only if you are in Langkawi (45 min away). First half of the day was terrible... It was to much wind and waves so you couldn't snorkel with clear view, then they... More

All I have to say to those who have been to the andaman sea to snorkel, just don't waste your money to snorkel at pulau payar (apparently the best place to snorkel in langkawi). Firstly, it was difficult to find the main operators (I heard there were 3) but many commission based vendors near kuah jetty selling snorkeling/ diving packages.... More

Ok..first thing first. Given an option to rate the place and operator separately..I will go for a 4* for the location and 1* for the operator. Having said that, once in langkawi Pulau Pyar is a must see attraction. This being my first snorkeling trip..i quite enjoyed it!There are two options in this..The beach package (150 RM for an adult)... More

We booked this trip because our hotel (White Lodge) recommended it to us. This was a big mistake as it was a terrible experience. We will be taking this into account when reviewing out hotel. We werd told the bus would pick us up in front of our hotel at 8am. It arrived only at 8.40, so we had to... More

We were told to be ready by 8am for pickup at our hotel at 8.15am. 8.30am and still no sign of our pickup, got reception to call the company and was told it was on the way. Came about 10 mins later and we were so shocked to see a bus full of people on the same tour itinerary when... More

I've dove all over the world and this was one of the worst "cattle boat" operations I've ever seen and would recommend people stay away its not worth wasting a day or your money. The trip was arranged through the hotel and I was told a driver would pick me up at 8:15am because we had to be at the... More

We went for snorkeling in coral island and was definitely not even worth one tenth of the money we paid to the company for it. The tour company provides the equipment and leave you to explore the place. Along with it a sad lunch was given which was a total disappointment. All tour companies were looking the same and essentially... More

If you are going to Langkawi Coral for a day i recommend it. Diving not so great, i have dive in many location around the world and the water is not clear. Snorkelling could be appealing but be careful, those fish bite... they think you are coral. The food is spectacular and varied. The is a glass bottom boat section... More

this is a tourist trap. The boat that gets you there is dirty, noisy. When we were allowed to go outside on the upper deck, all the staff were sitting by the tables and smoking, and the tourist were standing up - like a joke - and nothing like in other parts of this amazing country. When we arrived on... More
