Normally at tourist location everybody is waiting to fleece tourists but this was not such. Very well organized trip with decent prices and good services. We did snorkeling and scuba diving. It was our first experience and we loved it. Not too cheap but not too expensive. Value for money and you will not be disappointed. We would recommend this... More

I'm not sure why prices differ from post to post here, but I paid 140RM per person, which seems to be the lower end, but it's still a rip-off. We were herded like cattle to the ferry, which was full so there must have been more than 100 people easily, dumped onto the beach of Pulau Payar and on that... More

Polluters: The staff guys were literally throwing their cigarette buds, empty cigarette packs and plastic bottles in the sea! As if it wasnt polluted enough already! Very arrogant:Staff not friendly at all, not willing to help, useless.. Expensive: 250RM for the "reef platform" is a rip-off. You better take the beach option (150RM) and bring your own snack. Both options... More

The coral wasn't very pretty but when we went to palau payar it thankfully was not too crowded so we swam to our hearts content with the many beautiful fish and reef sharks. Buffet lunch provided was amazing. Heaps of food and choice. It did take us 2 hrs to get there. One hr on the bus from our hotel... More

I wish there was a negative review for this. There is nothing good about the trip that I can write about. The price is expensive. It's VERY crowded, full of package tourists who just want to feed the fish and take picture. I came here to dive, and I have to say this is the worst dive shop in the... More

For this to be advertised as a snorkelling trip is a bit criminal in my opinion, especially at 130RM p/p. Sure, the water is clearer than that off the coast of Langkawi but there is no live coral and the only fish there are the ones after all the food that is being fed to them. There is nothing natural... More

Terrible organisation .... There is a complete lack of information as you are carted cattle like in a very old smelly boat to an overcrowded platform with a very small snorkelling area with terrible visibility which gets worse as the day continues due partly by the huge numbers kicking up the sand and standing on the coral and by the... My husband and I first took this snorkelling trip around ten years ago and decided to again while on holiday in Penang this January. I read many reviews before taking the trip and so felt I knew what to expect. We did not take the company bus to the jetty so did not experience the waiting times expressed by other... More

worst dive ever, the platform is overpopulated, it has nothing with serious diving to do, it's a dive factory, 350 ringgit for a single dive, very bad dive with really poor visibility, diveguide was the last man in the water, and had no idea about current direction or anything. diving area was freshly painted without signage so we had paint... A lot of waiting on this trip, with really impatient, rude and unhelpful staff who ignored people for the majority of the day. They chain smoked and rarely smiled. -Told to be promptly at the hotel at 0800, bus arrives 0825 - Arrive jetty terminal, wait in line out front for 15 mins - Move to departure point on jetty,...
