Used to be nicer, some construction going on and after it is done, this place should be awesome. Overall it was a good place to chill in the evening with a cold drink.

I always find myself behaving like a cheapskate Singaporean driving to Johor Bahru during weekends to purchase at hypermarts cheap domestic grocery products, pump relatively cheap car petrol at their kiosks served by courteous Bangladeshi pump attendants and had gastronomic indulgence in sumptuous seafood and deliciously prepared exotic dishes laden in thick palm olein saturated contents at the many eateries.... if your family stays late night, then this is the place in Johor Bahru. Great food! The mini theme park is just nice for the young ones.

Since the new housing development been taking place, this is not a fun place any more. It used to have the ship cruise, no longer there.

Danga Bay is a wide stretch of area that begins a few kilometers after the JB General Hospital. The attraction listed here on TA refers to the strip where the restaurants and waterfront areas are located. This place was lively up to 5 yrs ago. Concerts were held, people enjoyed circuses, parades & firework displays, there were boat cruises, etc.... More

Very basic bay/harbour, a few restaurants but I would not come again for the view! Seems to be a lot of developments in the works so I would expect it to be a great waterfront development in the future.

I stopped for dinner here. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There are places to sit and relax and listen to music. Is a seaside atmosphere. I like it here very much. There are a lot of people.

Lots of stalls (mostly open at night only) and playgrounds for children. Pleasant walkways for evening strolls and late night suppers. Ample parking and security not a major issue.
