Famous "speed ice" in Soviet Union time, this facility suffered bad treatment during "perestroyka". Now it is somewhat renovated, allowing visitors to enjoy skating.

It is open air, but you can ice skate there all year around. Very nice ice, smooth. And view is nice also.

Great place for view & fresh air but be warned if your a beginner skater don't go as there's nothing to hold onto & the staff will ask you why are you here if you can't skate, take care this is no shopping mall with an ice rink kids!
