Better to see with your own eyes than to see in pictures. I yet have to see a similar one. The items at the souvenir shop on the ground floor were pricey to my budget.

I thought I could see flea market here but all i could find was an empty ground floor so I decided to buy sake and banana sweets.

close to the station, about 5 minutes walk, in the basement there's an Akita City Prefecture craft shop which sells local handcrafts such a cherry wood stuff and local sake. on the ground floor is a tourist information center with some guides in English available (for free). sometimes flea markets in the basement
