This is a nice place to visit and take a few photos, as the bay is truly spectacular. There are plenty of boats around though and no swimming allowed, which is disappointing. Take a glass boat tour anyway to see some marine life, and have a nice little cruise around this beautiful bay, it's worth the price!

Kabira bay is definitely one of the most beautiful bays I have ver seen. It is extremely well preserved. The colours of the water changes with the time of day, so when you visit the bay during different hours of the day, it looks different. I guess it's a good thing that no swimming is allowed as this preserves the... More

as the local guys told us due to the poisonous jellyfish. I wonder if that’s the true, if you can swim on this beach it will definitely make your life complete.

Very easy to find and get to. Large parking lot and great access to the beach. There's a ramp and stairs as well. A lovely little shrine too amidst some lush garden. Was a tiny disappointed to see so many boats on the bay detracting from the breath taking view ! I'm still glad to have gone and see Kabira... More

A beautiful bay, where photography can become an addiction. So make sure you spend some time in peace looking at the nature. It has an observatory from where you get beautiful view. You can also visit R's Cafe when in Kabira Bay.

A lovely place to spend a few hours - chilled out and relaxed, lots of couples and families around. An excellent place to get THAT Ishigaki classic photo of the crystal clear water and amazing beaches. You don't need a huge amount of time here but you can always bring a picnic and have a beach meal. Highly recommend a... More

Really enjoyed walking this beach, sand is great quality. The water is a magical mix if colours, definitely recommend a visit. The boats were run down and ticket stands are just a shack, better amenities required to get full stars.

Nice beaches and islands. Worth to visit when it is quite, bit touristic crowded. Reachable by public bus.

read other reviews it's really beautiful, but when we went there it's really really really good. I love Ishigaki.
