My wife and I went to canal city as it was close by our hotel. There are many shops to browse through and some quite nice eating places. I went first to Starbucks coffee as there are not so many places with decent coffee. I went shopping in particular for a sports shop which we found. We found the shopping... More

Good place to rest your feet, eat and shop. Large Muji and Uniqlo stores inside. Nothing much for me.

The Canal City shopping district is a great place to shop. It has food, shopping and entertainment all in one. Food experiences range from the USA burger joints, on up to the higher end food you may want. Most of the food is Japanese that is offered. There are several ice cream shops as well. They are full of Disney... More

This mall is a charming place to spend a few hours. The fountains come on every half hour and last about 10 minutes...no Las Vegas Bellagio, but calming and refreshing. Stores of every kind abound but I loved the doggie accessory store where one can buy all manner of clothing to dress a dog (Japanese obsession) but also, for an... More

This is the best place to shop if you are keen on brands... Almost every shop is international brands. Honestly, it does not appear to me at all. Some are still good bargains but no much Japanese feel in this branded shops mall. It has main building and a new wing across the road. If you are a shopper that... More

my daughter fell in love with this mall, we had to go twice but still didn't get to go to all the shops we wanted. there is a daiso dollar (100 yen) store which is good to get small cheap gifts and candy. An amazing shop that has a lot of toys and collectables of popular anime/manga; like Akihabara in... More

Its having branded showrooms and high end brands. The canal water is very clean and the malls itself is very huge compared to the standard.
