What better view can you see for a few hundred yen. Take the elevator to the top during the day and you might get to watch a wedding in progress across the waterway on the private island. Take you time and enjoy some pix with your friends and family.

Nice tall iconic tower of Fukuoka, located near Momochi Seaside Park. Can go up its observation decks for beautiful views of city and sea!

Fukuoka Tower is a famous landmark of the city. Its exterior modern architectural design and glass structure give towering majestic feel, even though it is really not high. For breathtaking 360 degree view of the city, a visit to the top of the tower is a must.

It's literally the highest point in the city with a restaurant on top. There's also a 7-11 at the base of the tower and it's near the board walk. You can't visit Fukuoka without coming here.

The Fukuoka Tower is not as tall as those in Shanghai, but it is still a worthwhile visit to see this beautifully designed glass structure. From the outside, the architecture is very modern with clean lines and lots of glass in it's design. From the top, there are impressive views of the Fukuoka city skyline that is very picturesque (see... More

During our trip, the weather was so nice so we wanted to have a nice view of the city. The view is nice but we were a bit disappointed as the tower is not that high. But if you have nothing to do for 20 min, you can go up !

Tower has been gone, only if this was in the movies, LOL :), I guess, and the story goes on as the whole city was destroyed, OMG!!! Fukuoka Tower is here and still provides all around look at this charming and beautiful city with the mountains on one side and the cove, I took the "comfy train" - I called... More

Walk to the Momochi district and take in the side streets, views of the tower from the distance along the way. Enjoy 360 degree views of Fukuoka City, the harbor and surrounding mountains. The tower is about 230m high, one of the tallest seaside towers in Japan and is serviced by an elevator which allows you to see the interior... More
