I traveled on the Seabass at the ending cusp of sunset, and so I got to see both the beautiful twilight scenery and the nighttime cityscape. The boat was really low and close to the waves, and I could feel droplets of water from the ocean hitting my face. It was really relaxing and a very memorable experience.

This is the water taxi that has 3 stops in Yokohama. We used it to get from Yamashita Park to Yokohama station. A nice little covered boat with open-air deck on the stern. For us it was a great way to see Yokohama for the last time. There are three stops, Yamashita, MM21 and Yokohama Station, about 35 minutes. The... More

We stayed close to the harbour and found the waterbus service running from Yamashita Park to Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse and Yokohama station to be a great form of transport. It was slower than the subway and more expensive but very relaxing and enjoyable. Plus you see so much more of the harbour! Highly recommended!!

Took the seabass from Yamashita Park to Yokohama Station. It's just a ferry and nothing more. It's a good option if you end your tour at the end of Yamashita Park and want to get back to MM21 or Yokohama Station on an alternative mode of transportation.

It is around 700 yen to get to Yamashita park, which is more than the train would cost. However, you get a great view of the bay.

Cheap, fun and a good way to avoid the station crowds when heading pretty much anywhere around the harbor. From Yokohama Station, Mintao Mirai, Akarenga Soko, Yamashita Park, all of which are must-see stops in harborland.
