This tour was so great!! We had breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and got to explore Hakone and eat black eggs and black ice cream!! It was just the two of us on this trip but it would be great for kids too! The pirate ship is awesome too!!

We took the 'pirate boat' across the lake and back as it suited our journeying - otherwise one trip would have been enough. We had to queue for a long time for one of the journeys. It's a fun vessel and families seemed to be enjoying it. Some good views. Good, rather than very good, but there isn't that category.

First up, the cruise and views were all spectacular and for visitors to Hakone, this cruise is a must-take for the photographs and scenic views. It was freezing since we were on it on Dec 22. You could go up to the deck for photos and enjoy the chilling breezes, or you could keep warm and cosy downstairs indoors.. OR..... More

Part of our trip around Hakone and not to be missed. The lake is about 25 m deep and formed by volcanic activity. You are surrounded by seismic activity - Mt Hakone (currently active), the onsen spas and even Mt Fuji. The location is very picturesque and a must do leg of your Hakone day trip. Mid way is apparently... More

Must do! Lovely to get beautiful scenic photos on this ship. Remember, get the one or two day Hakone pass for this trip. U will safe a lot when using the public transportation, this inclusive. Snacks and drinks are sold on board. Do note too that there are two 'arrival' jetties. Doesnt really matter but maybe just a mere 10mins... More

We bought Hakone pass which includes this ship trip. Along the lake, we can clearly see the Fuji Mt (it was a perfect sunshine day!).

We went there in November and it's really cold and windy specially if you want to see the view from the top part of the ship. There are no long queue as there are several ship servicing the tourist. You can ride the ropeway right after the sightseeing tour.

A relaxing way to tour Hakone, similar to the boat ride at Lake Como in Italy. Too bad we didn't see Mt Fuji due to cloud.
