Right across the JR Joban Line from the Kairaku-en, one of the three most famous landscape gardens in Japan, the museum is located on a hill surrounded by greenery. I agree with the Japanese review entitled "disappointing". We spent less than 15 minutes in this museum, and even that was stretched out because we didn't want to disappoint the two very sweet staff who had NO OTHER VISITORS while we were there.
