The exit of the Monorail brings you into Ikspiari with boutique shops and a 'normal' Disney store. Also ideal at the end of a cold day, as the bathrooms have heated seats, great in the cold December weather.

It has a lot of good restaurants for all budget types. The sales were fabulous. Very big discounts. I like the grocery at the basement level also

Designed very much Downtown Disney, it provides dining, shopping and a much need supermarket. We ate here almost all nights, which was significantly cheaper than the partner hotels and more palatable than the dining options in the theme parks. Strongly recommended.

This is an alternative place for tourists staying at the Disney Hotels, who may find the price in the hotel restaurants expensive. There are various good restaurants and eateries with reasonably priced menus as well as a food court.

If you are staying near Tokyo Disneyland or Sea, then you must go to Ikspiari. I learned of it on Day 2 of a 4 day stay and found I went there every day of my trip. It has local and western foods, supermarkets, souvenirs, cinemas (in Japanese) and clothes and other shops. It was not expensive and the food... More

Ikspiari is at Tokyo Disney Resort, and is a modern shopping mall consisting of four levels of shopping, a food court and cinema complex. Accessed from Maihama station, and just a few minutes walk from Tokyo Disneyland bus stations. The food court offers plenty of choices, particularly the American Diner has some very awesome fresh hamburgers, nicely presented on a... More

This is the nearest mall to Disneyland. Why would you be in a mall when you're supposed to be in Disneyland though? Haha.. The mall is one of the stops on the monorail, or about a 10 min stroll from TDL. There are a HUGE variety of eating places here...so if you don't fancy eating park food, come here instead!... More

Great place to grab food or do a little shopping as part of a Tokyo Disneyland visit. The food court in the basement is quick and easy. Plus there is a big supermarket and local take out prepared food places. And a Starbucks! I did not realize from the maps that Ikspiari, Mahaima Station and the Monorail Station are essentially... Instead of queueing for hours and paying big bucks for food inside Tokyo Disneyland / Disneysea, try Ikspiari instead. Much more varieties of food and the prices are wallet-friendly. If you are in Disneyland, it's only a 5 minute walking distance so it's very convenient. If you are from Disneysea, catch the Disney monorail for about one or two stops... More

This mall is on the Tokyo Disneyland monorail route and so is very convenient for Disneyland guests. I visited twice, each time looking for specific tourist gifts to bring home from Japan (a Maneki Neko cat, which is a common Japanese tourist gift, and Japanese Pokemon cards) and each time I disappointed in my search - I had to go...
