Perfect to get a meal here and avoid ridiculous hotel dining options or disney prices for food. Easy to get to and plenty of dining and shopping options. The monorail also leaves from here.

Ikispari has the only ATM machine the accepts foreign visa cards in the area. Located on the lower level, turn right near the Ramen Noodle shop. Despite assurances from St George our Australian Visa Card could not be used in Japan - this was the only ATM in the area that would allow us to withdraw cash. The pharmacy here... More

We stayed at Sheraton Grande Hotel, bought a four-day-pass for the monorail ride that connects Disney Sea, Disneyland, Bayside Station (the nearest station to the hotel) and Gateway Station (which connects to the main JR network; and where Ikspiari is located). This place is a mini complex with lots of options for dining and shopping. There is a supermarket here... More

From outside is a bit dull and boring mall but once you are inside, Gosh is very interesting. You can find many unique stuffs and also big brands stores - not to mentioned The Disney Store, Rain Forrest Restaurant and many things... This is the mall that you must go while you are going to the Tokyo Disneyland. Not to... More

Liked: one of the best sushi restaurants, Tsukiji Tamazushi. For local fast foods and supermarket, they are on the basement. Disliked: it was hard to find good coffee shop in this mall

I'm not sure why you would want to spend your time at a shopping mall when you could be at Disney, but this place does offer a wide range of food options. We opted to pick up some snacks in the grocery store, eat lunches at our hotel deli/convenience store, and have dinner at the park [which was actually cheaper... More

The shopping mall has some bakery, a supermarket, some eateries and food court at the basement which we patronised. Perhaps of its location, price of the small eateries are slightly pricey compared to downtown Tokyo City. Nothing exceptional abt the shopping mall but it is convenient as it is situated next to Maihama station.

I'm giving Ikspiari 5 stars, mainly because it offers many options for dining at reasonable prices near Disney. The same cannot be said for the hotels and Disney parks in the area where you could spend a small fortune on food. There are plenty of western and Japanese food options available at all prices and qualities. Note that Ikspiari opens... More

Pretty okay food court with some American fast food brands mixed in. There's a small grocery and book/magazine store which is good. Lots of stores for women. Very few men's shops and as far as I can tell nothing for kids except a Disney store. There is a Gap store in case you loose your luggage you can get adorable... More
