This temple is best known by the cycads 1,100 years old and the oldest in Japan. And its garden Kampuen (Mt Fuji viewing garden) is nice. At the pond of the garden I heard "moo" the sign that an American bullfrog is in the pond and splash! It just reminded me of the Basho's "old-pond-and-a-frog" poem. This temple is a... More
