This park is so beautiful, been here 2 times. What I like in this park is the Middle were there is beautiful arch or Dome in the middle and the water with little bridge in it. And at the side of this park there is a big hospital and football field.

Situated across the road from Tsurumai subway. A beautiful local park with 2 lakes, one called the butterfly pond. The central bigger pond has a traditional arch bridge across with Japanese sculpture. Plenty of shades and sittings to enjoy the peace and tranquility There is a big children's play area, 2 cafe. There is also a rose garden. At weekends... More

We visited here in the beginning of the April and saw the best parts of Sakura. This place was one of the best places in Nagoya to enjoy the cherry flowers.

Revisiting this beautiful park after many years I was surprised to find it as fascinating as ever. This time it was full of "cosplay" youngsters in various colorful outfits - a real treat for Christmas Eve!

Nice park to walkabout especially in the morning. Free admission. Different types of flora grown in different parts of the park so flora of other seasons not in bloom when the Cherry Blossoms flourish. Food & drink stalls located at the exit of the Tsurumai Station - Tsurumai subway line. Worth buying the whole day subway ticket if planning to... More

This park is an excellent location for cherry blossom viewing. You have to come early to book yourself a nice spot beneath the trees as the locals would sit there early in the day in order to keep the spot for their evening sessions! There's a lot of drinking, laughter and games by nightfall as most working adults would be... More
