Awesome. Don't miss it if you have the chance. During april there's a lot of water, and sometimes it seems to be raining upwards! I brought my swimming suit, otherwise there are raincoats for rent. In this time of the year it's not possible going to the Devil's Pool. Don't forget to cross the bridge at the border -you can... More

At this time of year, there is a lot of water at the falls and it is an amazing site. Took lot of pictures along the way, but we got very wet. Make sure that your lodge supplies you with ponchos. The sales people at the curio shops are very aggressive, but it was not a problem.

Dear Friends, My trip to Lusaka (Zambia) was in June 2013 (16th June to 27th June, 2013). and was purely a business trip but still I took out time for a day to visit Livingstone which is famous for the biggest fall in the world on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe though the bigger part of this fall is... Victoria Falls is one of the world's greatest natural attractions. We visited it twice, once on a rainy day and once on a sunny day, while we were visiting Livingstone, Zambia recently. The falls are spectacular no matter what the weather but the sunny day resulted in better views of the whole falls, lots of rainbows through the mist, and... More

I saw the Victoria Falls in its full splendour - high waters gushing at full force. Not even the most accomplished poet can describe the sheer beauty and true force of this amazing spectacle. One of the 7 wonders of the world - Victoria Falls definitely justifies its position on this list. The various outlook points offer ample opportunity to... More

I was there in the rainy season, and I read that you will be soaking wet, but didn't know i will get that wet. I didn't borrow rain coat in the entrance, and ended up coming back for it after I already for so wet. So make sure you borrow the rain coat, or bring one of your own. Since... More

We recently went on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi on the Zimbabwe side: I have cruised on the Zambezi and this was by far the poorest trip I have ever experienced. The boat was WA NUKA QUEEN operated by DINGANI TOURS • The boat was not clean, especially toilets • The drinks served were Zimbabwe local Bin 16 wine,... More

Stayed at Ilala Lodge on a 2 day visit to Zimbabwe to see the a Falls. Lodge well situated, could see the spray rising from the falls from our room and spotted a late afternoon rainbow over the falls. Meals were generally good, room clean with all the necessary accoutrements. No adapters workable for charging IPad in the room so... More

From the Zambian side, you do not see the falls itself, rather you get to be above it! I personally was a bit let down when I realised that the over the border view was the better one

Iven a cute taxi tour drive took us to the Victoria Falls last week. What a perfect time, perfect view from the Victoria Falls bridge, knife edge bridge. Wow showers of blessing, it is spectacular you will always long to be just there. The forest is green, the hospitality by people of Mukuni village and their hand work, you will... More
