My wife made me do it! We decided to do a couple of more adventurous activities around the Falls and this one seems so much riskier than the ultralight flight I wanted to do. The flight was excellent (she refused to go - too risky!), but I figured I'd confront my fear of heights, falling, drowning, slippery rocks, crocodiles, snakes,... More

Just fantatsic. It can only be accessed a few months of the year, so when you can, just do it. Guides are great and breakfast on Livingstone Island just terrific. A caution, don't do it if you can't swim. More

It quite a hike down (not for the unfit) but well worth the effort. Probably about 500 steps in total - some slippery. Watch out for the baboons, if you carry a loose bag they will steal it (especially if it contains food) More

Devil's Pool was the first thing we planned for our trip to Zambia. Be aware of the timeframe allowed to do this. The water levels become dangerously high, so the rules are, go between September to December, and that is still pending on the water levels. If they are too high, you can not jump into the pool. You would... More

Unfortunately we couldn't get into devil's pool, but if you're there in the dry season, why not take a picture that will stun your friends for a lifetime! More

To celebrate my wife's birthday on our recent trip to Zambia I planned an event for her that she would always remember....and she did. We departed from the jetty at the Royal Livingstone via speed boat, for a short trip across the MIGHTY Zambezi to Livingstone Island. We walked through the bush guided by Alpha Omega and Prince Harry (yes... More

It is an experience unlike anything else I have ever done. The water level was definately on the high side, but the guides were Inicredibly helpful and patient with everyone. Glad we made it and I highly recommend it if you are a strong swimmer. They were only allowing this one more day after we did because of the water... More
