Description: Danang Golf Club is situated on the fledgling central coast of Vietnam...
Danang Golf Club is situated on the fledgling central coast of Vietnam amid 150 hectares of dunescape similar to what the world’s first golf courses were carved from. Its chief feature is a 7,160-yard, 18-hole, links-style layout that was designed in the true spirit of the game — blown-out bunkers, firm and fast fairways that bleed gently into wild seaside vegetation, rugged waste areas, swales and hollows — by Australian golf legend and former world No. 1 Greg Norman. It lies in close proximity to two of Vietnam’s most historic destinations — UNESCO World Heritage sites Hoi An and Hue — and offers breathtaking views of the Marble Mountains, East Sea and Cham Islands.

A great Course by Greg Norman. Not easy to play, some wholes are really long and small for average players. Driver a must! if you are playing HCP below 20 and starting from blue! The 16th is a panoramic pic view. Only 120yards, but against the wind and secured with two bunkers. All in in all a really fine course.

Having played golf around the region and sporting a n 11 handicap, I arranged a day of golf at Danang Golf Club with a rented set of clubs. Clubhouse, Proshop and restaurants are luxurious, like many courses in Asia. The price would reflect this. New buggies (ice bucket included), a polite and knowledgeable female caddy with a premium brand set... More

this is our first round of golf in da nang and they did not disappoint. A mix of mountain and seaside layout designed by Greg Norman.

I played 2 rounds of gold at Danang Golf club. The club offers great facilities and very well organised. The course is another great design from Greg Norman and I was pleasantly surprised with the greens. The greens rolled well apposed to what one normally can expect from your typical Asian Resoort Courses. It is a great lay-out and a... More

We were eight senior golfers playing our first game in Danang. It was a short 15 mins journey from our hotel in Hoi An, along the main road leading to Danang city. As expected, Greg Norman design would have bunkers aplenty. In this case lots of waste bunkers with long grass and scrubs that will catch your wayward shots. Playing... More

As we played both courses, Danang Golf Club and Montgomerie Links Danang, I thought it would be the best to write a comparing review, as both courses are not bad, but have its characteristics. Both courses are located right next to each other. Overall, my rating is: 3 Points (Average) for Danang Golf Club (thereafter referred to as D) and... More

Another great Norman course. Liek most Greg Norman designs, lots of wow factor and definitely worth a game. Like most too, not for the high handicapper but not too tough either. Service is great from the moment you walk in the door, caddies are lovely although English a little limited. Definitely worth a game if in Danang!

Played the Da Nang golf club with 9 other Aussie golfers. All enjoyed the course with excellent variation of short long Par 4's , Long 5's & their 16th signature hole. The Greens where the best in the area, great cover & speed. The caddies were excellent & knew the course well. The general conditioning of the course as a... More

A lovely course with good variety of long & short holes, nice routing, good variation of tee positions. Certainly a tough enough challenge without being overly penal. As with other the G Norman design courses I've seen, rewards strategic play rather than just length off the tee. Caddies excellent, not brilliant in their knowledge of the game but delightful personalities... More

Course is in very good condition, caddies are professional & nice. Not that many players on the day but they really took their time and the round took us 5 hours to finish!
