Danang Golf Club is situated on the fledgling central coast of Vietnam...

Danang Golf Club is situated on the fledgling central coast of Vietnam amid 150 hectares of dunescape similar to what the world’s first golf courses were carved from. Its chief feature is a 7,160-yard, 18-hole, links-style layout that was designed in the true spirit of the game — blown-out bunkers, firm and fast fairways that bleed gently into wild seaside vegetation, rugged waste areas, swales and hollows — by Australian golf legend and former world No. 1 Greg Norman. It lies in close proximity to two of Vietnam’s most historic destinations — UNESCO World Heritage sites Hoi An and Hue — and offers breathtaking views of the Marble Mountains, East Sea and Cham Islands.

Was in area for 3 days and emailed Danang and Montgomery to try to book an early morning tee slot. Danang only one that responded but it turned out to be my lucky day. What a great golf course, I am 8 hcap and got paired with German guy who was also a good golfer. Fabulous course, greens firm and... More

Played here 18 holes on 15 October with 2 locals from Danang. It is there home course but for me this course lacks all the facilities you would expect in Asia. Where are the water carts, where are the course toilet facilities. The course standard with fast greens are to be expected the course setting with noise from the road... More

This review is courtesy of my golf-mad husband who was so excited he had to play on our honeymoon... "Arrived at Da Nang Golf Course without a booking after waiting for a break in the rain and were welcomed with open arms. Staff did a great job getting us on within ten minutes of arrival, though it was a quiet... More

Caddies are so pleasant and upbeat. I took my son here to celebrate his birthday. He had been very sick the day before, sleeping I the hotel room al day, but wanted to try to play on his birthday. I paid for full 18 holes, but the heat got the better of him and he wanted to be done after... More

A very good course, challenging Greg Norman layout with fast greens and punishing roughy. Oh and avoid the bunkers. Great caddies with first class facilities.

(had to edit the title - originally I had "best I'd played in Asia", but I'd forgotten about Kau Sai Chau in Hong Kong - that was just too spectacular) Although way overpriced, as seems the norm in Asian golf, at least this course left me feeling that I'd got something special back in return for the significant fees. The... More

Played here with a group of 7...did it just for the experience, course nice without being sensational...caddies knowledgeable but incredibly "flirty"...not appropriate in my book and if my wife had of been there, they would have copped a handbag in the head... Played in a group of three and four and noticed caddies holding hands with players...calling me "honey"...touchy feely...giggling... More

I really enjoyed this track, it's pretty tough and has plenty of sand to negotiate. Course was in great condition and the caddies were were very pleasant and read the greens much better than I did. The place also has excellent practice areas if want to work on things. Clubhouse is pleasant, with nice food and drinks and prompt service.... More

Excellent course in excellent condition. Very pretty girl caddies who speak reasonable English and are of good standard. Lovely clubhouse with all facilities. Proshop expensive like all Proshops. Caddy tip around 200,000 Dong.
