We purchased a hand made tea pot, table runner & had placemats made by this business. The staff were very helpful & knowledgable. We were shown who & how these products are made. They do not pressure you into purchasing anything & are only to happy to assist you if required.

No other place like it in Hoi An. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of other shops with tea pots, trinkets and beautiful pieces but none ring with the quality and ethic that this place espouses. Be prepared to pay beyond the dong and more into a fair price for the dollar, but the quality is easily worth the... More

A great place for gifts that support the underpriviledge and those with physical difficulties. Lots of variety of gift, make sure you see the workshop!

Gorgeous crafts produced by disabled people trained by the fantastic Reaching Out organization. They may be the nicest souvenirs you come across on your visit to Vietnam.

I got sick of seeing the same things to buy over town, for gifts or souvenirs. I found some lovely unique items at Reaching Out both for gifts and personal use. Do take a look. I thought their prices were good too.

We visited this cafe many times, not only for the delicious drinks and snacks but for the beautiful service and friendly staff. Not only do you feel that you are assisting a wonderful concept, giving twice but it's also inspiring for ones soul! The silence cafe is a wonderful concept to enjoy and the staff are so well trained and... More

Exceptional quality of service. Staff are truly inspirational, friendly and welcoming. (As is the service at their tea house).

The gem in the crown of this fascinating town would be the showroom and workroom of Reaching Out -run by and for the disabled. High quality, genuine fair pricing and original designs and craftsmanship. The experience of politeness, no hassling, led me to visit 3 days in a row, always finding something new. My one-stop shop! For another surprise don't miss... More

This is a Fair Trade handicraft workshop run by people with various disabilities. It is conveniently sited in the Old Town, in a house of architectural interest. I was particularly impressed by the silversmithing and ceramics, which were both of a high standard. The workshop also has a gift shop - and the prices, in my opinion, were very reasonable.... More
