WE had a GREAT time with Phuoc. Not only the market, and visiting the farm, but the cooking class was terrific. We laughed all night, fixed great food. There are apparently a number of cooking classed in Hoi An, but I can't imagine a better experiece.

This was such a great experience. I cannot imagine how/why other cooking schools are ranked higher than Phuoc's program. He is friendly, knowledgeable, genuine and enthusiastic. He took our group through the market and through the gardens of his local organic farming community. We did a little "farming" Vietnamese style, which was informative and amusing. Then we had foot massage... More

We had a great day with Phuoc. He met us at our hotel and walked us to the market where he taught us about the local food and we picked up some ingredients to cook with. It was a lovely bike ride to the village where we had the class, about twenty minutes away towards an bang beach. We learnt... More

We got picked up by our young and energetic vietnamese cook. We went to the market by taxi as we had our kids in tow. Mister Phuoc showed us all around the market and explained a lot of things and names. The kids were a bit nagging but Phuoc didn t mind at all, he even took my son on... More

We are a family with kids and we tremendously enjoyed the company of Chef Phuoc when we were in Hoy An. Phuoc is an amazing cook and a great guy. He is educated, fluent in English and fun to be with. He is perfect if you want a vegetarian meal (or Kosher) and we also participated in one of his... More

We booked the Eco tour. Did the silk village, bicycle riding and a bit of farming, but then a great cooking class! Later on we went on a basket-boat ride which was short and nice. Departure 08:00 Came back at 15:30 Great value for money

I booked a street food tour with Phuoc at the suggestion of his sister Miss Forget-Me-Not, the famed tailor. I was amazed with the knowledge shown by Phuoc on how the food is sourced and prepared, and the vast array of foods on offer to try. We visited many small stalls, weaving through alleyways and down small streets, stopping at... More

We booked a cycle tour with Phouc and had a great adventure. Phouc booked an electric bike for my husband and he even dubbed my daughter!!! Would recommend, we did not see other tourists and got a great insight of the little villages etc.

Myself and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our street food tour with Phuoc. In a small group of 4 we toured the street food stalls of Hoi An for hours sampling local delicacies and finding out local traditions. Phuoc was very knowledgable about all the dishes and a friendly, pleasant and laid back guide. The tour was excellent value considering the... More

Phuoc's street food tour is amazing. And it's not your normal run of the mill tour either - I tried river snails, duck congee with blood pudding, the best cau lao in Hoi An and other dishes I would not have known existed without Phuoc's expert guidance. Want to earn foodie points? This is the tour for you!
