Our food tour with Phuoc was one of the most fun, informative and tasty things we did during our 10 day trip to Vietnam. The street food tour with Phuoc is a fantastic way to explore the cuisine of Vietnam and specialties of Hoi An while getting off the beaten path and meeting local people. We wanted a tour in... Phuoc's tour took us outside of the usual touristy spots in Hoi An, into the back alleys and streets where the locals hung out and ate. As there were only my family on the tour, it was free and easy, with Phuoc adapting the pace of the tour to us. We tried so many dishes we were full to bursting.... More

Had a great time last month on this tour - learnt a lot about Hoi An cooking. I'm a chef and wanted to research regional Vietnamese cooking, and Phuoc was very knowledgeable and happy to explain the processes and ingredients used to make each dish. Would recommend this tour to anyone interested in discovering the local cuisine - there were... More

We had an amazing time at the cooking class and touring the organic farm. It was truly wonderful to visit the farm and see and taste the abundant fresh food. We also got to assist in planting some cabbage, which was really fun. Then we did a cooking class, which was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff was helpful,... More

This has been one of the best tours we have done in Vietnam! Phouc has taken us on a foodtour off the beaten track! We have been with street vendors where you would normally not buy, since you don't know what you are getting! As foodies, we can definitely recommend this tour (maybe leave the foetus egg on the side... More

This is the first cycling tour I did in Vietnam. However compared to tours I've done in other parts of Asia and to ones in Europe, this was disappointing. The guide was distracted and the place we had breakfast was dirty even by street food standard. However the guide was nice and he did mention that this tour is still... More

My boyfriend and I recently did the street food tour, I have a food intolerance and had read that this tour could be adapted so was very excited. It started off well, trying lots of food and learning a lot about the local food etc. Phuoc kept saying he was tired and then stopped making any conversation and barely answering... More

Dear Mary, I am so sorry that on this occasion the food tour didn't live up the usual high standards, whilst I took your food intolerance very seriously and only took you to places I know from years of experience would not be a problem for you, I should have been more sensitive to your concerns. I know it is... More

Had an excellent time on the street food tour with Phuoc and his sister. We tried so many types of food that I cannot name them all but the cao Lau (pork noodles) were my definite favourite! It was such a fantastic experience trying so many types of food that I would not have known where to find or what... More

Absolutely amazing food tour ... Phoung was a wonderful host showing us so many little back pockets off the beaten track throughout Hoi An ... He explained every dish thoroughly - I.e history, flavours, etc - very authentic. Not worth looking anywhere else if you're looking for a street food tour, this is it. Excellent value for money at about... More
