We had an excellent experience taking a cooking class with Van and a group of just six other tourists. After visiting the market to buy ingredients, we had a truly intimate and hands-on cooking experience at Van's home, preparing ten different dishes and eating them ALL. My only complaint was the food coma caused by all that deliciousness. Amazing!

Small groups, very personal instruction in Van's home. She is a lovely lady, interesting and interested, good natured, good humoured and an excellent cook. The shopping for our ingrediants in local market was fun and informative. Went home with booklet of recipes and desire to cook Vietnamese food. Amazing value, very highly recommended.
