Please visit LifeStart workshop on your visit to HoiAn. All proceeds go to such a great cause and each handmade item comes with a story about the artist behind the work. I cannot express how beautiful the staff are here. It really was one of the biggest highlights of my holiday!

We can only add to the positive comments already on TripAdvisor. From start to finish, our course was brilliant. Our lantern making class with Dung was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed chatting to her about her life in Vietnam. Our painting instructor, Sinh, was also lovely and taught us how to paint a traditional Vietnamese image. He... More

The afternoon started with an escorted stroll through gorgeous Hoi An, followed by a short boat trip across to Cam Nam Island to paint up a storm. Sinh has a way of bringing out the artist in everyone and I have a great card to take home. Likewise Dung also managed to instruct non-crafty me through the process of producing... More

I spent 3 fantastic hours doing the Lifestart lantern and painting class. Firstly our group was taken on a short walk down to the river with Sinh who teaches the class. We had a boat ride over to his house and then had a two hour traditional painting class. I was very surprised that I was able to paint a... More

Learning about lifestart before we arrived in HoiAn we had planned to do the activities. Well worth it, especially on hearing the struggles our instructors had been through. Keep up the great work.
