In my opinion, Palmarosa Spa can easily be compared to European standards. I had a facial for combination skin, which was such a pleasant experience. When having facials, my skin often blushes afterwards as a reaction to the product and/or the pressures and touching - but not this time! Everything was done with consideration to my sensitive skin. Another thing... More

This spa was located close to our hotel. Even in October there were times when the heat would just be overwhelming. At times like that, there’s nothing better than a cheap (but not sketchy!) massage and spa treatment. My wife and I got a couples massage and facials. It came in under $100USD for both of us which we considered... More

There are so many options in Hoi An it is overwhelming (and time consuming trying to choose one!) Just go to Palmarosa!! It is slightly more expensive than the other options but it really is a spa and feels totally secluded from the bustle of the high street despite its central location. Very serene and quiet inside. Then headed upstairs... More

Beautiful spa in a really convenient location. The atmosphere is very relaxed as soon as you walk in the door and the friendly faces of the ladies that work there make it even better. The palmarosa special was amazing and worth every penny, would have loved to go back if I had more time!

I have visited this spa at least once on each of my visits as my "extra treat" to myself for a treatment I could never justify spending the money it would cost at home on myself. I had a body scrub followed by an Asian massage. The whole experience from the herbal foot bath at the start to the application... More

Yes, there are a lot of spas in hoi an. Yes, they seem very cheap. But wow, if you do not mind paying a little bit extra to make sure you have the best possible experience- this is the place for you (actually, their prices were significantly cheaper than our hotel). We had 3 treatments each here (2 types of... More

There are countless so called massage places in Hoi An. We chose Palmarosa for a 'spa' experience - it had the right lighting, aromatherapy, soothing background music to set the mood. It is probably best to make an appointment although we walked in and had no problems with getting an appointment straight away. We opted for a Swedish massage each.... More

Nice entrance and great ginger drink / food cleaning to start with. Taken to room for changing, then up 3 flights of stairs for the massage room. Room is not super great but fine. The massage itself (signature) was really good. They do check how hard/soft you want the massage which was good. I did ask for more on my... More

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing and blissful. You pay for what you get. Sessions are never short changed. A two hour session lasted three hours. The place is pristine in cleanliness, the staff are friendly and it's a place I never wanted to leave Luxury at its finest.

This place was wonderful! The welcoming foot bath, incredible ginger tea and of course the massage! Best massage I have ever had (my husband says so too). Therapist kept it a strong massage the full 65 min! Very professional and very kind staff. Wish I had more time to go back. Extremely good value for your money.
