I went to this place for a cooking class as I had read the great reviews on the internet. I went to the place to ask about cooking classes, I was told that they had some booked that day so I could join in, great. However I realised once I started the class that basically they do private classes and... More

Gioan cooking class is something special. It was my second trip to Hoi An, so we had to return to Gioan to learn some more wonderful Vietnamese dishes and to sing while we cook. This class is not for the quiet uptight, but for those who don't care what others think, and just want to have fun while they learn.... More

We chose this private cooking school as Vena was able to tailor it to our needs. Some of the others schools started quite early or late and went for a long time and the times did not quite suit us. We were able to choose our time, length (2 hours) and the menu- she advised us what products we would... More

Food was very tasty. Ms Han was informative and a good host. A good half day option otherwise for the a little more there are full day cooking classes offering that little bit more.

Lots of fun fully recommend. Took our 4 teenagers we and they all loved it with Market shop before hand, planned to suit us. You could choose what you wanted to cook or not but we took pot luck, got to cook 4 courses and all accompanied by Hangs spontaneous singing and laughter hard to describe but very funny and... More

Allright - this was a wonderfull experience on our trip to Hoi An. With our happy chef lady we cooked spring rolls, pho, tofu in tomato sauce and beef with lemon grass. Everything is really professionally done - not only the cooking, which you would obviously expect but also the pricing system (which is clear and transparent from the beginning... More

We found the cooking class while walking along the river. They do classes at anytime, so its easy to just walk in and ask when they have a slot. Their prices are very affordable. The staff are very nice and the ingredients are fresh. We made the country pancake, beef pho, chicken curry and fried noodles which turned out really good.... More

I stumbled across this cooking class on a walk along the river. I booked in a class for the next day. The teacher was incredible! She was fun, spoke english really well and was knowledgable. She has been cooking since a young child and she is so passionate. I loved that we could chose from a menu what we wanted... More

We did spring rolls, papaya salad, beef pho and grilled fish in banana leaf. Ho, our teacher was exciting the entire duration of the class. Possibly the funniest man in Vietnam. My partner and I were in stitches the whole time. Most of all, the food at the end was ridiculously good! Best Pho yet.
