What a great way to spend an afternoon

Went with my wife & early 20's daughters as part of my 50th birthday quick break to Hoi An. The girls suggested it and I jumped at the chance for a laugh - turned out it was more than a laugh - had some serious fun, made some great food, learned some great tips to speed up what is sometimes... This was hands down the best and most wonderful cooking class I have ever experienced. Communication by email to book this in was extremely easy and efficient, they also payed for our taxi there. We arrived and promptly went to the local market where we were explained in detail about the local produce. We then returned and cooked with the... More

As we went there with 3 friends, we got our own private lesson, cooking 4 dishes that we selected. The teacher was very funny and friendly and we got to cook one of the best meals of our stay ourselves. Do not miss the beef sesame bbq - unbeatable!

A must do! We choose this cooking class because we could pick what we wanted to cook and secondly because we could do a half day. Plus the rating on TA were great! We had the best morning with these ladies. They collected us from the Hotel and then we headed to the local food market. Was very interesting to... More

Hands on, well explained and good company. I liked the way you got to choose your own dishes to make from a menu. This course seems much more hands on than some of the others we looked at. All in all an excellent morning! The teacher was great!

We were looking for a cooking class as a group of four girls and wanted flexibility in menu and timing. After looking at a number of different cooking classes we found many which offered; to teach us how to make rice paper rolls or other simple dishes, or were very rigid in their timing, requiring prior booking or an incredibly... The owner was so fun, singing throughout. We (2 people) picked 3 dishes we wanted which was great because we are vegetarians. We really loved it! Worth every penny!

My husband and I booked a lesson the evening before as a last minute thing. We received an email reply within 30 minutes. We started with a market tour where different foods were explained to us and we were able to smell and taste a variety of food that we would never have tried on our own. We returned to... More

Took a class with Vina, who is hilariously cheeky, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Vina was joking and singing the whole time, taught us a bit about local ingredients and how to purchase them in good condition. We were able to choose 4 dishes from a list of 22 and ended up picking a nice mix of simple and more... More

We were a family, but recommend to all The benefits of this over other schools is that you can book on-line and they are very prompt answering(also have a car hire service for day trips/airport). It is not a whole day, probably 3 hours all up and you can book a time which suits you. Drop in to the school,... More
