The group size was very small for the market tour with Ho and there were only Vin and ourselves for the cooking class. I don't think we've met more happy and fun people on our whole trip. Oh and the food... More

This is the second time I have been to Gioan Cooling School and it never disappoints! The market visit is interesting, informative and smelly (as every market should be) and the cooking class is a great experience! One not to miss!

Did a cooking class with 10 other members from our intrepid tour group. I have never done a cooking class before and well now the bar has been set very high. We cooked 5 dishes with Vina and I have never meet such a beautiful, fun loving and infectious women before. She really makes the night into more than just... More

My husband, 3 year old daughter and I had a great time at this cooking class today. Vina was so much fun that she made it really enjoyable, and we learnt a lot of tips from her, which she helped us to remember through singing and jokes! It was a really hands-on class and Vina made sure our daughter was... More

We really loves Vina's cooking class. She is such a sweet energetic and passionate girl. She is contagious with her love of cooking. Food we made was DELICIOUS. Best pho I ever had, and I made it. Great success!

The host Ms Vina was one of the best entertainers i have seen and actually would have paid for her show without the cooking or eating. She was... More

We set off to the market, a really good experience to have someone with such good knowledge and great relationship with the stall holders enabling us to try their goods. Class was just fun and through that we ended up with four fab dishes. All the staff were great, not crowded, willing to give their knowledge for you to continue... More

My Mother & I did this class in late November 2013 & it was a riot! Ms Vina is one of the funniest people I've met & she taught us all how to make the most wonderful Vietnamese food in a fun environment. We covered the classics & was so much fun it was hard to leave when the class... More
