Variety of activities on way to class which was lots of fun. We went to market, went on a big boat on the river then a small Eco boat through the water coconut trees and then to the cooking school Recipes easily doable and tasty.Very good and knowledgeable guide called Hon. Great guide Hon.

A great day out; the food you make is delicious, shopping in the market for yourself is a fantastic idea, the boat ride is gorgeous but the thing that makes it outstanding is the staff. Mo, who was our tour leader, is probably the smiliest person I've ever met! In fact, they all were. One reservation I had was that... More

Yes, all the reviews are right about this tour. It's an absolute must! We have a great day visiting the markets to select the ingredients and get an insight into the daily life of the people in the area. Our guide Mo and chef Vui showed us through the various areas of the market for herbs, meat, fish and vegetables.... More

I have done a couple of cooking classes in different parts of the world and have always found them to be great fun - this one was no exception - it was great. Well organised, from the market visit, the boat rides and the actual cooking! The building is purpose built and has water running off the roof to keep... More

Me, husband, 11 yr old girl and 12 yr old son did this trip today. It was brilliant. The market, the boat ride, the little boat ride through coconut Palms, the rice splitting and making rice milk. All before the cooking started. Cooking such fun, great chef, great attendants, and plenty of them to help! Highly recommend this amazing experience... More

This was one of the highlights of our trip! We weren't sure what to expect, but it was a really great day. The day started with a pickup at our hotel, then we met the rest of the group at the Hoi An Market. We explored the market and shopped for all the fresh ingredients that we would be using... More

...so compare what is in your offer. We booked via our hotel, same rate as in internet. The package included taxi pick up from hotel, market visit with shopping for spices, fruits and vegetables. Then we had a 45 - 60 Min boat ride which was really nice. First with a boat for 12 people followed by a short boat... More

We had a spare morning in between changing hotels and decided to take a chance to see if we could book into the cooking class the night before. We received a return email in no time confirming our reservation. And I am so glad we were able to get in. What a fun time we had learning about the different... More

The trip was amazing, our family have never really done anything like a cooking course on holiday so we were about unsure whether we would enjoy it or not. But, I must say this was one of the highlights on our holiday. Everything about the class was perfect. Firstly the staff are the best, so helpful and funny! The trip... More

This was my first cooking class and it did not disappoint. We made four different dishes: spring roll, rice pancakes, beef salad, and traditional Vietnamese pho. The best part was that they gave us the recipes in English so we could make them again if we wanted to. The staff was amazing. Book this now!
