We started day with a boat trip to the fascinating local market. Then went to market resaurant where we got to sample close to 30 street dishes. Of which were much better than any other food we had tried. The guide talks you through each dish and you can watch them being made. We then moved upstairs for a 2... More

Please make sure you go on an empty stomach! We visited this not quite knowing what to expect but it was an amazing experience. We had a great guide who took us through the various stalls and showed us all the local foods. We were in a pair so we had plenty of time to ask questions and to smell... More

Worth every penny! Amazing staff, the food was great, and the facilities were top notch! Couldn't ask for more in a cooking class.

I love that you can watch the women cooking the pancakes in the centre of the restaurant. So delicious and fresh. I did not do the cooking school, Full range of dishes with a charming descriptive menu of the health benefits of the dishes. Don't miss this experience!

Excellent course in Hoi An. The course was very well organised and began with a trip to the local market to look and learn about local meat, fish and ingredients. Our guide was very professional, informative and spoke excellent English. We then looked at some of the traditional cookery methods used back at the Restaurant as well as some of... More

We did the masterclass on our honeymoon and would certainly recommend it. Everyone seemed to enjoy the all you can eat breakfast but unfortunately our tour guide failed to mention it and so we turned up already fed! The trip to the market was both fun and informative - our assistant from the school had a great sense of humour... More

This is the second time I have done the masterclass at Ms Vy's cooking school. I initially was a little disappointed that I could not do the Gourmet class with Ms Vy as there were not enough people to run it. I was quietly surprised that doing the master class again was fine. It is slightly different to the one... More

My husband and I did the Master Class as part of our silver wedding anniversary celebrations, something fun to do together. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. At breakfast we tried some 'weird and wonderful' dishes that in every day life I wouldn't even think about. Silk worms? I won't say what else, it will be a surprise for you! After... More

I ate a full meal at the hotel before the early 7:45am start so thought I would just watch everyone during the first breakfast bit (wasn't sure my western stomach could handle Asian spices first thing in the morning), however I was quickly drawn in for a second breakfast because everything was so different and so good. Second phase of... More
