Outstanding morning learning all about Vietnamese cuisine. Starting with a market tour! Not only did we get to taste test we cooked our own meals too. An absolute must whilst in Hoi An!!

Morning Glory Cookery school in Hoi An Vietnam is so professional - 3 floors of learning experience to open your eyes and very good value with a varied selection of options on classes - great trip to local food market - we don't use enough herbs in our cooking

This was a fantastic tour! Booked the day before at Morning Glory restaurant, and held at the Market restaurant. Taken to the markets first by boat, with a guid that spoke brilliant English. Then a tour of the restaurant, and up to the class room. There was a large group (approx 30ppl) but they had lots of helpers who walk... More

I took a morning class, including breakfast, a visit to the market, cooking demonstrations, and 2.5 hours hands-on class. It was a great way to learn more about Vietnam and its food culture. The breakfast was delicious and filling, then we went to the market and a lady guided us through the different spices, herbs and produce. This part would... More

Fantastic cookery class. Included was a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of local dishes, a trip to the local market to learn about local ingredients, a tour of the Market restaurant to see how they prepare their food, and then the cookery class itself. We cooked with Lulu and it was really fun and informative, and easy to follow.... More

Morning Glory restaurant and Hai cafe are run by the cooking school and serve the tastiest meals we had in HoiAn. Many local dishes, all very flavoursome and beautifully presented.

Went with a few friends to morning glory cooking class with mrs. v and had an amazing time! Quality instruction and lots of great food. If you don't have time for the cooking class at least eat at the restaurant for a meal- it's fabulous. And ask for one of mrs. Vs cookbooks- I use it religiously back at home... More

It's difficult to pick a cooking class as every man and his dog seems to be offering one but this one has got to be at the top of the list and is very professional. We did this very same course a couple of years ago and it seems to have grown since then. It's a very slick operation starting... More
