Best cooking class to date! 5 dishes, hands-on without being completely DIY. The secrets to the best Cau Lao we tried were happily shared with us, and our teacher was great. Other classes were making different dishes, so nice that you can go back a second time (if time permits) and learn some other recipes/techniques.

It was a a very full half day course with so much packed in. The morning started with a boat trip to visit the market where our cookery guide talked about the various fruits and vegetables and showed us various tools for cutting and shaping fruit and vegetables. Next up back to the restaurant (Market Restaurant) where, in preparation for... More

The cooking school was fantastic. The lady that took us for the cooking class was great, her English was very good and she was super friendly. The food on the other hand was out of this world, we may have gone back for either lunch on dinner everyday for the rest of the holiday. 100% have to go if you're... More

Incredibly irresponsible! Was supposed to show up at our hotel at 8:15 to pick us up. At 8:30 I called to see what was up. And his response was completely nonchalant as if there wasn't even a booking. Then he tells me that I should do it tomorrow. Obviously our whole day was planned around this class and didn't have... We did the holiday masterclass today and had such a great morning-you won't be disappointed. Trip by boat to the market before returning to the market restaurant to try different foods before cooking different dishes. I would like to commend our guide Sophia who is so sweet and fun and also moon the chef teaching the cooking who is very... More

Please note that this is a review of the 2 hour course. First for the good part - the food is amazing and you try just about every labor in the place. You will walk out stuffed to the brim and they push you gently without forcing to try some really tasty things that might be past your normal limit.... More

Great way to spend a day. From morning market to eating the food you've learned to make -- every minute was enjoyable. I learned a lot too. HIGHLY recommend.

This class was professional and well organised from beginning to end. We travelled by boat to the central market to learn about ingredients typically used in Vietnamese cooking and the various medicinal properties peculiar to those ingredients - really interesting. Back in the boat, we travelled back to 'The Market' restaurant and cooking school, where we continued our education by... More

Hi, I have just completed the Holiday Masterclass at Ms Vy's Morning Glory Cooking School. It was sensational and I am so happy I did it. B15 minute boat trip to the market where we spent 1 hour taking in the sights and sounds (as well as some interesting smells) before we returned to the school. A LOT of money... More

We started with a tour of the Market restaurant where we saw how rice paper is made, as well as different kinds of noodles and other dishes. We then went to the central market by boat, where our guide gave us all kinds of explanations about the different meats, seafood and vegetables used in Vietnamese cooking - even specific utensils....
