I'm not sure average is good enough, but very good is too high. This fair is medium-sized, but you have a lot of the same items throughout. There are some nice handcrafted items and some souvenir stuff, for sure. Check it out if you get a chance. Fun to browse a while. The merchandise seems pretty reasonably priced.

This is Colonia del Sacramento's Handcraft Market, located across from the Playa del Rowing, in the historic district. There are a few vendors selling souvenirs. Some are handcrafts while most are your typical tourist souvenirs. It was enjoyable to browse through the shops. Shops accepted Argentinian and Uruguayan currency and some accepted US $.
