It is a small stadium than I thought. I love the India v Pakistan matches played in this ground. I assumed this is a very big ground. But when visited, it is a small ground. Highest no. of ODI matches here.

Sharjah stadium is the oldest cricket stadium in UAE. There were many cricket matches played here since early 90's. But the old charm of this beautiful stadium has gone now and it needs a good renovation. It's the current home ground of Afghanistan cricket team.

Place where you have seen Sachin Tendulkar Hitting boundaries and sixes, is a place, you would definitely want to be to feel the glory of India. Cricket Stadium is a must stop when in Dubai.

A star of triangular series often involving India and Pakistan cricket teams this stadium made sharjah famous throughout the world in the 1990s Later it dropped its status after Indian government banned its cricket team from playing here in 2003 for match fixing issues Anyways it's a delight to see this place making a come back as the home ground... This IPL got chance to see a cricket match in Sharjah Cricket Statdium. As a cricket Fan there are so many memories attach to this stadium. It also holds the record for most One Day international matches played at any single stadium in the world.

The stadium truly holds many memories for fans but it has seen better days. We were in the members stands and the state of affairs were abysmal to say the least. Many chairs were broken and the toilets were horrible both in condition and cleanliness. I hope something is done to improve the facility. It is small and homely but... More

Awesome watching the cricket with the atmosphere provided by the Pakistani and Indian people in the crowd - playing instruments and dancing - very entertaining on top of world class cricket.
