Al Qasba is a little jewel in Sharjah, very well known by the locals (busy during the weekends) but not so well promoted to tourists in my opinion. It has a nice 'lake' running through it, with boat rides available. Little food and ice cream stands as well as restaurants and shops. The eye of the Emirate is a beauty... More

Visit Al Qasba area is must do within stay in Shajah. You can enjoy Eye of the Emirates from down or take a part of it. There is plenty of restaurants, great is to walk along the canal and creek to Al Majaz waterfront. I did this walk all round ended in a Blue souk. Exellet, relaxing place to stay... More

Verymuch inside busy Sharjah, Qasba is really quiet to visit on working day evenings. You can enjoy all rides for children, without waiting in the weekend queues. You get a one time credit pass which can be refilled by paying next time to be used on the rides. The pedal boats and drifting power boats are awesome to move in... More

Sharjah has no so much places to visit, there is especially no historical heritage, but two place are worth to visit: the coast around the lagoon and Al Qasba where you can find a channel with plenty of café, restaurants, other attractions in both sides. Good place for visit with family/children and friends. You may easily spend relaxing 3-4 hours... More

Nando’s one of my all time favorite restaurants is also located here in Al Qasba! Eye of the Emirates is the largest Ferris wheel in the Middle East. You get excellent views of Sharjah from the Ferris wheel. The charges are AED 20 for an adult (+14) for a 6 min ride. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants and retail... More

Enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants or take a boat in the lake or simply take a walk along the side . Options that you will equally like. Also funfairs for the kids and adults and the Emirates Eye that allows you to see everything from top. I Love It.

What a lovely relaxed afternoon at Al Qasba watching the world go by. Feel the cool breeze, watch the tempting waters, and enjoy the gastronomique international cuisine on offer. Amazing place with lots to see and do. We enjoyed the Eye of the Emirates, the art gallery and a quite meal at Nandos. Brilliantly designed modern quartyard with an ancient... More
