It is a nice place where you can enjoy the hot springs but I find it little expensive if you are not living in the hotel next to the place

Hot springs....Changing rooms were a tad grotty. The springs were less glamorous then I expected & not as clean as I had hoped. 40c water - take a book, you can only spend a small amount of time in the bath.

Badly manage. Dirty and lack of hygiene. People are swimming with dirty clothes on. Children are playing into the sauna and hammam. We took some friends from France there for a day use but it was a disaster and shame on us.

Stayed in the Khatts Spring during Eid. The hotel location is good with very good mountain view and the interiors are also good. But this hotel is badly managed/maintained. The receptionist is un friendly. Urgently in need of a customer realtionship training. The towels in the room are worn out. Tried calling the reception, operator, room service but they don't... The facility is separate for men and women and it looks poor and unhygienic, The space is fairly small and the only pool with thermal water is not properly maintained.
