I love the design of this water park, ice-themed park in the middle of the desert. But I'm afraid to say that's just about it! The rest are pretty basic for a water theme park -- slides, pools etc. Nothing that would make you come back... I'd still prefer Wild Wadi any day!

I advise all families with their kids never to go , water was not clean at all. Infants wih their dirty nappies not even wearing especial nappies for pools. The dirts in the pools were too much. I tried to get my kids out but couldn't as they had been waiting for this holiday for long. The worst part is... More

I could not believe what I had got myself into as I entered this place. Water was dirty! Indian men screaming like girls! People wearing more clothes in the water than they had when they entered the venue! The place really needs to be maintained and cleaned! Changing areas are small and very compact and not really of a great... More

We regret going there, very poorly structured, small and extremely hot to walk around from game to game. It was almost empty! the tickets are too expensive they should offer lower rates to encourage people to visit. the water was yellowish. the dining option is very commercial and poor. I don't advise the visit at all

Had a very bad experience; Park goers have no sense of queuing, most bathing in in every day clothes, many rides were closed for maintenance, kids play-pool is very shallow and not cooled so during summer was at a 35C/95F at the very least!, not enough floats, cash-watch not accepted in all outlets, water is not clean, and the list... This place is dated, and has the atmosphere of a "wake". The staff are pleasant. You're not allowed to take any food or drink in, and don't even try, they search your bags on entry. We had planned to stay for the day, but left after 2 hours, the place was "dead".

We drove all the way out to RAK only to find that this place was closed. No reason given, no information on the internet, nothing. It was a four hour drive. Luckly the hotel was amazing and we quickly forgot about this place.

If you have kids under 4 or 5 years of age, I would say that this park takes the cake as the best water play area. It has a big space and a lot of fun slides for kids. However, stay away on weekends or public holidays and avoid the crowds - many a times you will find females from... More
