An absolute must for animal loves, or those who enjoy their photography or a pleasant stroll. We went yesterday and it was the first weekend of it changing to 'night zoo'. It opens at 4pm. We arrived at 4.30pm and the car park was heaving, however queues to get inside were non existent and most attractions didn't seem crowded. Its... More

The Zoo is an amazing place for the whole family. Great work on the details, a lot of shaded areas, the glass front to watch the animals has been done with a lot thoughful thinking. Huge variaty of different animals. The open area with the Giraffe's, Rhino's etc is a great piece of Zoo planning as well as the African... More

The zoo was a wonderful day to spend wandering and relaxing. I was surprised how interesting I found it and the animals appear well looked after. We enjoyed lunch at the on site restaurant.

After living in Oman for almost 18 months we would like to do something else than only Wadi's and Dessert trips. This is a good change. The animals have a large living space (comparing to some European Zoo's) and the Zoo it self is clean and nice. Because of the heat it is best to come early morning or late... More

I had promised my two young sons we would go to a zoo during our holiday in Dubai, but given the poor reputation of the Dubai zoo I hired a car with driver and we went to Al Ain for the day. Having seen a few other sights along the way we reached the zoo early afternoon. During the day... More

My husband and I stopped here driving back to Muscat from Abu Dhabi. The fee to get in was only 30 AED for both of us. What a deal! The zoo had many lions, white tigers, monkeys, and more. We were a little disappointed because it seemed as though they didn't have camel rides that day. We couldn't seem to... More

During my recent trip in the first week of March 2013, I alongwith my family visited the Al Ain Zoo Park and found it very interesting. The overall environment is good and animal species have been kept in such a way that the visitors can view them conveniently. During my visit, there was an Africian Week being celebrated at the...
