The Dalyan Mud Baths is a great experience! We booked a whole day tour that firstly took us to Dalyan Turtle beach where we had an hour to have a swim and to explore. It is a long sand bank surrounded by salt water on one side and fresh water on the other. As we were entering the reefs we... more

We booked our day trip (£14 each) with a company on the street who was far cheaper than our Thomas Cook rep. To our surprise we were transported from the hotel to the harbour in Marmaris where we travelled by a big boat (the Orca) rather than travel by coach which other people had done. What a wonderful day we... more

i went to the mud baths last friday whilst spending a week in Icmeler. I thought it was great. Smelly but fun. I found the most mud was around the sides of the mud pool. So when you get there really cover yourself from head to toe. Really good for your skin. Bet when you go home you will never... more

We purchased the Dalyan trip from Oludeniz, a short tour bus ride away. Picture the jungle cruise at Disneyland but for real. We didn't know what to expect about the mud bath but once there you just do it! Ewa got all plastered in mud, let it dry in the sun, & got into the whole experience. I tried it... more

Sarigerme tour staff Erjan told us about the mudbaths, was not pushy as other people have said! the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. We paid £14 each person and the child went free. On the day we were picked up at 9.30 from the hotel, taken on a coach to the river boats, then the river... more

We went on the Orca to Turtle beach and Dalyan, took in the mud baths and the river trip. It took all day and was an excellent trip. It takes a few hours to cross the bay on the larger ship and then its into smaller craft to visit Turtle beach (a long tongue of reasonably unspoilt sand) followed by... more

It was a hot day, and what was the best way to cool off? Bathe in mud, like hippos. The mud was just the right temperature, and was fun for the kids to splash about in. But be careful as it was very slippery around. The sulphur baths were a bit deep, and you had to find rocks to stand... more

If you enjoy being coverd in mud, bathing in warm sulphurous water and washing off in cold, heavy showers, you will love this. Be careful as the mud covers most of the pathways and it can be very slippery. It really surreal wathching living sculpture walking around and standing still and posing. You will spend the time after this experience... more
