Jammed between two steep sided hills Oludeniz is a bit touristy but still very pretty. There is little room for expansion so it retains a small size. Quite expensive to stay here as it is limited for expansion. There is a thriving hang gliding community and this was exciting and amazing to do - far more challenging than the areas... More

The highlight of Oludeniz is the Blue Lagoon which is essentially a long peninsula fringed with beaches. There is a charge to access the Blue Lagoon, however it's fairly nominal in the scheme of things. The water is cool, clear and refreshing, especially on a hot day. However it is packed with visitors (both local and international) in peak season,... More

We love Olu Deniz!! The food is always great and the Turkish people are lovely too. Good for getting the boat tours and the buses for getting out and about. Good variety of hotels to suite most.

if you are in the vicinity, don't miss it, its worth staying there for a relaxed few days. great food, music, photography outdoor activities like para sailing paragliding water sports and just lying along the beach and reading a book, isn't something you will ever forget.

We walked there from Kavikoy the old deserted greek village. It was a relief to get to the water , we found Billy's Beach, a popular spot full of Brits and Europeans getting their week of sunshine and warm water int eh assorted all inclusive hotels nearby . The water was warm, the beer was cold and for a mere... More

Hi Guys, You get to this place by car - 20 min drive from Fethiye. You will need to pay to get into car park and then short walk to the beach. Try to reach little peninsula which is the best place over there - blue lagoon. Water is very clean so get your snorkelling gear. Beautiful surroundings. You can... More

So I finally experienced my first earthquake, I had already accepted that it was likely that I would eventually experience one as it seems and unlikely that I would be able to spend this much time in Turkey without it happening at some point. We were having a pleasant sunny afternoon stroll in Kaş when the earthquake struck. Walking down... More

You should see this place. It is amazing but very crowded. Either go early or if you dare, see it from air by paragliding. When you go there you will see tens of people paragliding, started from the "Baba" mountain which is 1900 meters high. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to land to the beautiful beach.
