Nice place for an evening drink

The sun's going down, a cocktail and watch the para gliders land on the beach. It doesn't get much better than this idyllic beach setting.

Unfortunately a absolutely magic place was destroyed by tourism. The city has no charm whatsoever - a collection of hotels and beach-shops.

Lovely beach where you can shop nearby, eat nearby, grab drinks and ice creams too. The beach is long and the scenery is picturesque. Not the most photographed location for no reason! The sand can be a bit tough on the feet (not soft sand), but you get used to it. Previous visits I went in peak season - was... More

Olu deniz might be some people's thing but not ours. The immediate area is basically too many people selling the same thing, ripping people off for tours( but not as much as the holiday company you booked with) , overpriced drinks, lots of stalls saying 'no bull****but clearly mastered in the art of fancy sales patter to extract your last... Been visiting this village for several years now the views are to die for , the town really is a tourist town , kiss me quick hats etc , BUT , in the evening all comes alive , as is usual there are so many restaurants , several with singers and some are very very good . A lovely view and a lovely beach. Easy and cheap to take the dolmus there. Bring a picnic. Look for turtles!

Nice beaches, steady nightlife, some great bars, The Harry's bar is smart, you can eat downstairs, good food and drinks upstairs with a sensational view, great seating

The beach was nice. not the most beautiful i've seen, but nice enough for a visit. it would probably be better to look from the top of the hill. the beach is not covered by sand, but by white rocks. not comfortable to sit on. the town around the beach is nice and charming. the paragliding people make the area... We reached Oludeniz after a hard trek from the Ghost village Koyakaru. Stunning turquoise waters in beatiful lagoon and on open beach. We visisted in March expect it could be heaving and less restful in high season. You can watch the paragliders swoop down from the high mountain nearby, and marvel at the turquoise and white water.

This beach features heavily on all the tour company brochures - for good reason. It really is a treasure. No airbrushing required. Looks every bit as spectacular in real life. Framed with mountains and the lagoon behind the beach. If my memory serves, I think it is a National Park too. The facilities on hand are excellent. Ample parking and... More
