Nice boat ride

We stayed in Callis beach and this was a boat ride away which was very nice. The town is very nice and the market was amazing.

I am fairly well travelled but I have come across few places which have as beautiful a setting as Fethiye. Mountains and trees all around, blue sea, lots of boats, lovely promenade along the water front. In addition Fethiye offers good shopping, hundreds of places to eat and drink, cinemas, nighclubs, some archaeological sites and glimpses of Turkish life. The... More

Plenty to see in Fethiye, lots of shops and restaurants. Take a walk along the bay for the best people watching and great dining locations, plenty of boat tours. Get your vacation rental from Egerentals.com, they take great care of you.

A real mix of the old and new, hidden treasures including the amphi theatre and the sarcophagus as well as great shopping.

One of my favourite places in the world now. Sea is gorgeous, people are friendly and beer tastes superb.

I am presuming here that Downtown means the harbour area as this is by far the prettiest in Fethiye. You can amble along admiring the boats and in fact there is a working boat yard at one end past the Yacht Club which makes for excellent viewing. In general, we liked Fethiye a lot, some bits were great (harbour, some... More

Not sure I am allowed to comment on other peoples' reviews, but had to comment on the review dated 1st November .. Sleepy resort town. Fethiye is far from a resort town .. having just returned from Antalya region .. Managvat .... we visited Alanya and Side and Antalya. THEY are resort towns, inflated prices, lots of hassle and rude... More

This is our first time visiting Fethiye, and for us it seems we have have picked the best time of year. The crowds are way down and the weather is perfect - sunny days that aren't hot and about 12 degrees overnight. It is enjoyable to cruise around the shops and the marina area with no hastle or the hustle... More

I really liked the cruise, though mostly because the group of 12 was great and we all got along really well...was fun sightseeing and cruising the beautiful Med. sea!! As for V-Go....watch out! they do not stick with what their brochure says... they change prices depending on who you ask in their office.. shop around online etc.. they refused hotel... More
