We stopped here while on a boat trip and we thought it was really lovely. Didn't see butterflies but didn't mind.

Hot trek up to a small waterfall which appeared inaccessible unless you were willing to climb over rocks, through water and under trees. No shop when we visited, seemed a strange place to camp with only access from the sea. We did see a small snake though, that was a first for our trip.

Yes the beach and surrounding area is very picturesque and the walk to the waterfall is cool - however - had worst nights sleep - even noisier than the resort of Olu Deniz. For a start accommodation is expensive 'luxury' bungalow 200 TL - no light was to be had so had to borrow candles and buy a lighter. Food... More

I've lived in Fethiye for 9 years and visited Butterfly valley just twice. One can, I understand climb down to the valley from the restaurants and hotels perched on the sides of the rocks, although I have never done this. It is accessible by boat (either from Olu Deniz or as part of an all-round boat trip from Olu Deniz).... More

It is very rocky underfoot & slippy on the rocks. Waterfall was freezing as my wife lingered on the camera while I was stood... More

Lovely little beach and stream in between the mountains, there is also a small cafe which you can enjoy whilst there.

The walk up to the waterfall is well worth it. So peaceful/tranquil and if in the right season will be swarming with stunning butterflies. The water at the beach is such a great colour - you can't not go for a swim!

Beautiful valley with magnificent trek climbing to the village of Faralya. Must be a well experienced trekker to do it. A,axing view from the top. In the village of Faralya with great sense of accomplishment.
