A great market selling a whole rang of things great if you want to buy some designer fakes but you do need to haggle but you can get things for dirty cheap prices (if they let you walk away you know that's the best price you will get)

Definitely barter! My friend is awesome at negotiating a good price and we got some excellent deals on souvenirs. It does get very hot so make sure you're covered (if you're pale like me) and carry water with you. It does get slightly annoying having them all shout 'cheaper than chips...look lady come buy' but theyre just trying to make... More

Being in Ovacik which is an English tourist destination you will rarely see the culture that turkey has to offer. That is why this place is essential to visit. Fruit and veg galore and also other items such as belts and beats headphones at a cheap price. It gets hot but if you don't like that why are you in... More

If you are within 100 miles of this place, you must visit on a Tuesday to experience the amazing fresh fruit and veg stalls, the spices and Turkish delight stalls, but also the fake branded wares and accessories. Handbags and shoes a plenty, belts for £1, Super Dry and Hollister as well as all the other designer labels at a... More

We visited the market on our last day and had an enjoyable time. It is a bit full on with traders trying to make you buy something on every stall. I didn't find that that the prices differed that much from the shops for things like sunglasses, bags and shoes etc. but its worth going for the experience alone. Be... More

Okay so firstly remember, this is a working local market and not a tourist attraction so expect to be 'sold to'. I found this a real gem, yes it's hot and clammy but what an array of spices, fruits, nuts and if course Beats headphones at £3 per pair lol. Please be respectful and say politely "no thank you" or... More
